The ability to rotate the screen image is a characteristic of your video
card, to help work with instructors who turn to the portrait
orientation. Almost certainly you accidentally pressed Ctrl-Alt, and
an arrow key.

Rotate using these keys.

  • Impossible to wake mode 'sleep' correctly and the screen goes on the side

    Original title: display problem

Whenever my laptop Dell Inspiron sleeps, my screen or display goes on the side. I learned that I can solve this problem by pressing the F1 key and selecting the extend option. However, this happens whenever I disconnect or as I said when my computer is asleep and I have to press the button at least 10 times a day. I don't know how he got to come up on the side as default, but I want it as it was. How can I make the display to remain permanently extend? It's really annoying to have to push the button ALL the time.
