detection of interactive dialogue: C:\Windows\TEMP\nsb49DD.tmp\vcredst_x86.exe.

I have Vista.  I'm a detection of interactive dialogue: C:\Windows\TEMP\nsb49DD.tmp\vcredst_x86.exe. I wonder if someone can tell me what to do about it.  "Show me the message" goes to a blue screen.

Thank you

How doI get rid of this box "Detection of interactive dialogue"? He always appears. All I can do is to remove it. He mentions that it is a program that may not appear on my screen. When Im on a Web page, it just shows upward. I have Norton and have tried scanning something and maybe get rid of it.

What program or Service that causes this message.  If you know that you could go into Services and check that the box is not checked (under Log On) "allow Service to interact with Desktop".

Right-click on the icon of my computer / manage / Services.  Right click on the Service / properties / Log On, you will get to the area I'm talking about.

    Hello

Thank you for the additional information.

Yesterday, I decided to register on IT * files .tmp on DVD and I removed them from the TEMP directory. I decided to do it because none of the processes they used at the time of my comment. I compared the the event logs for any new warnings or errors, but mistakes are appearing as before removal. The errors are:
-The parallel port driver service failed to start due to the following error: the service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices is associated to him.
    -Could not load the plug-in module. (GUID = {56F9312C-C989-4E04-8C23-299DEE3A36F5}) (Error code = 0 x 80042019)

I haven't checked on the first error, but it appears in the system log because I erased the corrupt system log - also before deleting the files.
The second is well known 'Vaio Entertainment Database Services' error (in the application log) and everyone invites you to remove this service from startup list. So maybe I'll do it.

My Vaio has now extra 7.5 GB of free space and has no performance or other problems (so far).

Today, I tried this (sfc/scannnow) system scan and the log is perfectly clean. Nothing has been repaired.
Also checkdisk returns nothing abnormal so I think the albums * .tmp not fail at any other SW. The other issue is how they were created, but as my log files have been corrupted (another known problem of vista), I will probably never know the answer.

If new sth will appear on the subject (e.g. new TOP * .tmp files), I'll write again.

    Thank you once again.

  • My Windows/temp folder fills up with 10's of thousands and many GB of tmp files worth departure when I connect to broadband.

The files are all created in C:\windows\temp\tmp0000xxxx\ and are called tmp0000yyyy. There is no file name extension and the file size is 0 KB to MB in size. They are created at a pace that can reach 100 000 per hour and take 6 GB of space per hour. It really slows the PC and a pain to deal with

First of all, there was also a perflib_perfdataxxx.dat file as well, but I find this return to a java jsq.exe file. I got rid of this help Unlocker and it was OK for a week and now she went back worse than ever. I can delete the files using cleaning, but they keep coming when I connect. I am on Windows XP and the BitDefender antivirus (recently updated for 2012) are Microsoft Security Essentials - which none has detected a virus. One other strange thing has been lately that BitDefender did not Excel files for a while because he thought he has access to the internet so I had to turn off the feature in BitDefender (sorry don't remember the name). I saw a few notes on web chat that Excel can create .tmp files

    Any help would be appreciated.

OK - off BitDefender and all seems well. Don't be that charge again! All about Microsoft Security Essentials now so I hope that's enough with the firewall.

May not be entirely incompatibility of anti-virus software, as this was happening before that I put on MSE, in a desperate attempt to find a virus.
All I can say is that on an old PC, I had Norton mess up so I ran that 4 years without antivirus and never had any problems. My opinion is that the antivirus is a scam!

We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.

WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)
To allow us to help you with symptoms BSOD on your computer, download the contents of your folder "\Windows\Minidump".

    Hello

The question could have been caused due to some virus.

I suggest to perform a Virus scan and check if it helps fix the problem.

  • Is the risk of malware infection Windows temp folder?

C:\Windows\Temp there risk of malware infections, perhaps rootkit? I have files that start with HTT2377 or DF40 etc.

Reader either as well as any other folder on your hard drive.  Nothing in this temporary file can be deleted if desired.  It's a good idea to everything that he remove before installing new programs to avoid possible problems.

I hope this helps.  Good luck.

  • Profile of user does not write in c:\windows\temp

Due to an update of Firefox, I damaged my user files.  I installed a new profile, the limited access, to surf. Now when I try to download programs or to run JAVA applications, I get an error message... "cannot write to c:\windows\temp, access denied, file is read-only. Change the properties of files or contact Admin"in some way, I lost the ability to write to this folder. Changing the property of the 'read only' file does not work, it activates again when the file is closed. I have here a way to solve this problem while still limiting the administrator user profile. level?

First of all, if you look at the 'Read only' attribute of a folder in the Properties window, you must know that this box has absolutely nothing to do with any read-only attribute.  It is actually used to customize the folder.  Microsoft's explanation of this is in the following article:

"You can not view or change the read-only or the attributes of system files in Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7"

To change the access permissions to a specific folder, the easiest method is to log on as an administrator and change the permissions using the 'Security' tab, as seen when right click on a folder and select "Properties".  If you do not see a 'Security' tab, this means that you have XP Home or you have XP Pro with 'Simple file sharing' enabled.  Assuming you have XP Pro, you can change the access permissions to the terms of this article:

"How to disable the file sharing simple and how to set permissions on a shared folder in Windows XP"

If you have XP Home Edition, you can start mode safe (repeatedly tap the F8 key during startup key) and then log in as an administrator and follow the above article, or you can log in as an administrator in Normal mode and use the command "cacls" from a command prompt window.  To bring up a command prompt window,
    Start-> Run-> "cmd".
    Then, enter the command:
    cacls C:\Windows\Temp/e/g everyone: F
What will give "everyone" access to the complete directory.

  • I have about 500 MB of files in Windows/Temp.

I would like to delete these files to free more hard disk space. Can it hurt if I empty the Windows/Temp folder?

Use ccleaner . It will remove the temporary files / and navigation stuff. If his lack of space, I would also kill the system restore and hibernation. In ccleaner, you can also remove the patch (you must check the option first under the cleaner option). It is if you do not want to remove updates
