How do I determine my current installed flash player on my PC is 32 or 64 bit? I know that the installed in my PC is 11.9.900.152. I'm under win 7 64-bit 32-bit office. I need the 32-bit flashplayer to work with my power point 32-bit

JavaScript should not have to turn off. Try to completely uninstall Flash Player and then reinstalling the most recent version. For instructions on how to "completely" uninstall a Flash Player, read this Adobe Help article. If you have not installed Flash Player, or you have just uninstalled the Flash Player, download and install the latest Adobe Flash Player, available in the Adobe Flash Player Download Center.

There are actually two shortcuts for Internet Explorer in the "Programs" menu Why two and what is the difference?

If it is present and that you are able to play the video, then it must be the game that should be checked. In this case, contact the developer of the game would be the best option.

Unless you use the 64-bit browser, you will not need 64-bit plugins. Just because Windows is 64-bit does not mean that everything has been installed it is.
Uninstall all Plugins Internet (RealPlayer, QuickTime, Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Shockwave Player, Adobe Air, Microsoft Silverlight, K-lite codec pack, etc.) of your computer.
Turn it back on.
Reset Internet Explorer default. If used, reset the default values for Firefox.
[Note: If you don't have any other browsers installed at that time, taste.] Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera are decent.
Turn it back on.Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:
Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

Try to install the latest update on the spirit of Mac (El Capitan 10.11 - 5) Google Chrome browser. Download Installer but when I double click to do the installation, a message appears asking you my user id and password. The back of user id is already filled in (my real name, not the email addresses that is my adobe id) and if I put the password just changed in it will not take it.
