Neither Microsoft nor any organization of legitimate computer repair will call you offering repair your computer. Only accept computer assistance of communication on the basis that you initiate.
'Mistake reports' sent to Microsoft is not asking for help. To the extent where these reports are considered at all, it is only for statistical purposes. Theoretically, if thousands of reports all suggest a common problem, Microsoft pourrait consider putting this problem at the bottom of a long list of things to do. If you have a specific problem, a good way to get help is to ask a question here, be as specific as possible in the description of your system as long as the symptoms of your problem.
