DGMGRL - dataguard CLI - at least for the coil of the orders of the results in a file?

In the dataguard CLI (DGMGRL) is it possible to spool display of the results of commands in a file for printing later? For example, if I want to print the result of the following command:
DGMGRL > show name-database detailed db;
Thank you
Tony

It is possible

dgmgrl | Tee /tmp/capture.log

Another way would be to

script /tmp/capture.log
dmgrl

  • Don't want to wait for the results of the query

    Hello world.

    I'm on CF 7 and SQL Server 2005.

    I call a procedure stored through my CF code. The process can potentially take an hour or two to run. I would like the proc run on SQL Server, but don't want my page of FC wait for the results before we continue, I want just the code that follows the proc will run while the database server do it is something silently in the background. Is it possible to do this?

    Thank you

    You could try to create a job that calls your long-term stored procedure. In the CF, call the sp_start_job system stored procedure to start your work. I think sp_start_job returns at the start of the task, not when the work is complete, but you will need to test this.

  • List shows the results of unwanted files in Acrobat 9 std.

    I have been using Acrobat 9 standard for 5 years now. My main use is to be found in the files of. PDF files. Recently, I am facing a problem. Whenever I search (Basic / Advanced) for a word in several files kept in a file, the result shows the list of all the files (which are analyzed) in results windows although there is no case of "searched the word". For example, I have a folder named "D:\JOURNAL" have 40 records. If I have a word search "ABCD" in "D:\JOURNALS". the result is 40 files with 3 instances' & the list displays all the names of file 40. In fact, it should only show files with one or more instances of "ABCD".

    Can someone tell me how to change it?

    Thank you.

  • The CMYK values for the PMS colors in file are spread in final PDF.

    Customer provides us with a photoshop PDF, in which CMYK for a PMS color values are spread (in the case of PMS 633). Client creates files in indesign, save to PDF and then open the PDF Id file in photoshop and re - save as a photoshop PDF.

    Somehow, the color values are getting biased; 96 6/10/29/77.64/27.3/17.41/0, obviously enough to change the appearance of the color and the client refuses the job.

    Any suggestions?

    And Yes, I have noted the measures they take are not recommended, but I have no reason as to why.

    Values of PMS in InDesign are not actually stored as LAB, CMYK values. If the creation of PDF from InDesign and forcing in the process and all tasks the process CMYK, then you get the CMYK values depend on the color space designated for PDF output. Then you have a similar question rasterize PDF file in Photoshop. The CMYK values may change depending on the involved color spaces.

    In both cases, as described in Bob, this is a strongly discouraged workflow. Frankly, you perform additional measures that I guaranteed to degrade the quality and are a source of multiple, probably unexpected CMYK color conversions => C am 'Y' K'.   Ugghh!

    And Yes, we highly recommend the PDF/X-4 without any conversion of color directly exported from InDesign.

    And finally, to use spot colors for print streams where it didn't intend to use additional pigments is just looking for trouble. You can use the definitions of Pantone colors, but at least use the Pantone Process definitions, not spot colors in color!

  • Renaming of documents by adding an annex of the commune for the names of existing files on several files in a single folder

    Is it possible to add an annex to the town (for example "-file BL ') existing file name (for example"daily reports1) to several (selected) files in the same folder?  (The example given could therefore be renamed "daily reports - comes from the BL file").  I need to do this to identify the source of documents folder when they are copied into a common folder: to compare with the similar files in other folders for various purposes.  There are a lot of documents in many files, I need to transfer and compare.  A rough estimate, it is that I need to add an annex to the town of 200 files named differently in a single folder and repeat this process for 30 files: with my existing knowledge of XP, this means that I would have use the rename individually on 6000 documents, and if the additional annex has been say 5 characters which would be a minimum of 30 000 key strokes : If adding appendages common to several document names selected in a folder is possible, this might reduce the name change to close to 150 list.

    PLEASE NOTE the multiple rename function where each selected file is the same thing with a renamed after the index number in brackets should not be - the original file name should be kept.

  • Size limits for the parameter SQLITE and file saving for the playbook

    It is partly linked to another of my posts, but isn't quite a duplcate. Thanks for bearing with me.

    Is there a size limit when passing a string as a parameter to an INSERT of SQLITE order? I get the transaction do not return not whatever it is, the error / success / otherwise, when I pass a string as a massive paremeters (> 50 KB).

    The docs for SQLITE suggest that this should not be a problem.

    As an alternative, we can save files of text in memory of the playbook, and reference them in the database. This would allow us to work around the problem?

    As always, thanks for the help.

    The answer to the question was the .substring (0,1000000) to add at the end of my chain. This gave me the output of 1000000 of characters which is ample. I'm guessing that this better prepare the string and removed something improper.

    Has had a few tries but that's it.

  • Public names for the results in a test script

    When we set some attributes as a result in a test script or we should assign public names to these attributes of result should leave those who attribute with system generated public names?

    The reason I ask is if for some reason any public attributes that are generated, the system located in the results, changes its name due to the addition or deletion of rules then those should not influence the results - expected mergers in the real value of the test scripts that are already present in the modules.

    I didn't test this scenario... like my system of cases generated public names remained the same even before after adding a rule to the same document.

    Can we know how OPA decides what public names to automatically generate? I know that generally, the suffix is the name of the document as b4@document1_doc

    The 'view' in issue Edit field has nothing to do with the ID attribute and public names. It's just a matter what text you want to appear on the label in the regression Test report. The only way to have a stable static attribute ID is to add a Public name.

    See you soon,.

  • Automated ' Save as ' Option for the treatment of batch files?

    Hi all

    I use a batch process to watermark all my images coming out on my site Web etc and social networks.

    I ran this process in PS CS6 and this would automatically save the files with predefined file (save as .jpg) as planned options. I would not intervene at all, just let it run in the background. However after the 2015.5 of CC PS, it is prompting me to "save under" after that each individual picture is a watermark. Is not really viable as I can sometimes be the treatment of hundreds of photos at once. I save the picture watermark to a new location and do not want to use the names of existing files, I do not know I do something wrong, but I don't particularly want to do a new action to save to a new location for each specific set of photo, I'll take. Any suggestions?

    -Roger

    Simply record the action for the watermark in your image with no. save step.  Then use the Image or the Image Processor plugin Pro processor script.  Set the script to save as many image files and file types that you need size and save where you want and have the script includes your action processing of image files from source to watermark your images...

  • JAVAH error: class for the "com.ntv.ndkjni" file is not found

    Hello

    My project directory: C:\ndkJNI

    My java file directory: C:\ndkJNI\src\com\ntv\ndkjni

    My package name: com.ntv.ndkjni

    (1) I entered guest at C:\ndkJNI\src\com\ntv\ndkjni

    2) Javac test.java and create test.class successfully. test. Class is located in the C:\ndkJNI\src\com\ntv\ndkjni folder.

    (3) later, I used Javah, try below javah variously

    (a) test javah - classpath C:\ndkJNI\src\com\ntv\ndkjni

    (b) javah - classpath C:\ndkJNI\src\com\ntv\ndkjni.test

    (x) javah - classpath C:\ndkJNI\src\com\ntv\ndkjni com.ntv.ndkjni. test

    (y) javah -classpath C:\ndkJNI\src\com\ntv\ndkjni com.ntv.ndkjni test

    (c) javah - classpath C:\ndkJNI\src\com\ntv\ndkjni com.ntv.ndkjni. test

    (d) javah com.ntv.ndkjni. test

    (e) javah com.ntv.ndkjni to test

    -> f) test javah com.ntv.ndkjni .class (error: exception thrown from an improper argument of thread exception)

    I'm looking for 5 days. I couldn't find a solution. I try another computer. I tried ubuntu and win8, the error always with me.

    It's interesting when I Remove the package com.ntv.ndkjni; of java file, then recreate the class with javac file then javah can create the header file successfully.

    Please help me.

    *****************************test.java**************************

    package com.ntv.ndkjni;

    public class test {}

    public static

    {

    System.loadLibrary ('hello');

    }

    public static native int toplama (int sayi1, int sayi2);

    }

    ******************************************************************

    aaa.PNG

    JAVAH then takes a full qualified class name in your case, it would be

    com NTV.ndkjni.test

    As with all things related to java, the class path is used to resolve the class based on the fully qualified name.  The name solves the DEPARTURE on the path, and then try to find the class below the classpath to resolve the name.

    Because of this, your class path should be

    C:\ndkJNI\src

  • How to access the CSS files for the plugin Enkitec-database file directory navigation bar

    Apex 4.2.3.00.08

    Enkitec-NavBar-1-2-0-for-4-2

    Hi I am faced with the same question that: https://community.oracle.com/thread/2563229

    Enkitec vertical list Navbar appears momentarily until it is formatted by CSS and it seems OK.

    It is really annoying and makes pages look stupid. This problem is identified as a performance problem and can be solved by putting the support of Plugin files in directories of files instead of the database.

    I created a directory on the database server: D:\102175\Kav\Plugin

    I created a Directory pointing to the file directory database:

    CREATE or REPLACE directory PLUGIN AS "D:\102175\Kav\Plugin".

    GRANT READ THE PLUGIN DIRECTORY TO THE PUBLIC;

    GRANT READ THE PLUGIN DIRECTORY TO ANONYMOUS.

    GRANT READ THE PLUGIN DIRECTORY FOR UTVIKLING.

    I also copied the CSS etc support plugin files in the files directory.

    In the Apex plugin I changed the prefix 'file' #PLUGIN_PREFIX # D:\102175\Kav\Plugin

    Now all the Navbar formatting disappeared and now the navigation bar appears only in form of vertical list.

    I also tried to use the PLUGIN as 'File prefix' same thing.

    I'm not Apex or Web expert so I'm sure there is something that I misunderstood.

    Hope some of you are able to help out me.

    Sincerely

    Arild

    Hmmm, well it does not matter if you do the mapping. The embedded PL/SQL gateway is well integrated in the database in PL/SQL.  All your resources (images, CSS, javascript, etc.) are still be extracted from the base in order to be served to the client. Those in the file system are not in use after installation.

    This is going to be heavy.

    I think you may still be able to make some optimizations by moving the assets of plugin for a name that is mapped by the gateway.

    In your apex installation, take a look at apxldimg.sql see how records and assets are added.  You can then add the plugin files.

    See if that helps.

    In addition, you can follow the comments of Patrick on the post you are referencing and move the inclusion of files to the top of the page AND change the plugin so it does ' t add any more files.  Now in theory, you can skip the download folder and the image and add the plugin assets as standard apex post and reference them with #WORKSPACE_IMAGES # #APP_IMAGES, or # (if you add specifically for an application). But you still want to include them at the top of the page.

    Sorry... I know it's a lot of things to take and much heavier than expected.

    Thank you

  • Expression regular-not clear for the result

    I have written 3 applications using regular expressions, but I'm not very clear on the outcome. Looking for help to understand the logic.

    Here are the queries:

    1 > SELECT REGEXP_SUBSTR ('APT-101, BLDG 34, community xyz, XYZ ROAD, BANGALORE - 560066', '([[:alpha:]]+)') ADDR FROM DUAL;

    2 > SELECT REGEXP_SUBSTR ('APT-101, BLDG 34, community xyz, XYZ ROAD, BANGALORE - 560066', ' [[: alpha:]] +') ADDR FROM DUAL;

    3 > SELECT REGEXP_SUBSTR ('APT-101, BLDG 34, community xyz, XYZ ROAD, BANGALORE - 560066',(^'[[:alpha:]]+) ') ADDR FROM DUAL;

    All requests above returns the same result, i.e. 'APT '.

    Question: My understanding is:

    b > parenthesis (i.e.) - represents the exact mactch

    c > carrot i.e. ^ represents the negation, that is to say. NOT (xyz)

    I can somehow convince myself that regular expressions - ' ([[: alpha:]] +)' and ' [[: alpha:]] +' in the given scenario may return the same string that is 'APT', but in the last query the regex ([[: alpha:]] + is preceded by ^, which according to my understanding should return something that isn't ONE or MORE CONTINUOUS OCCURRENCE OF ALPHABETS, but even this query is retune "APT".) Be careful.  Cut and paste the exact code you run.

    I do not get the same results for alI these queries.  I get an error message ' ORA-00936: missing expression. "for the 3rd.  Maybe you wanted to have the circumflex accent (^) inside the single quotes, like this:

    SELECT REGEXP_SUBSTR (' APT-101, 34 BLDG, community xyz, XYZ ROAD, BANGALORE - 560066' ")

    , ('^ [[: alpha:]] +')

    x you can also use

    (x)               or

    ((x))                  or

    (((x))) and so on.  Each of them the same meaning.

    This has nothing to do with regular expressions.

    In expressions regular, curved brackets can be used for the Backreferences, for example \1 can be used to return to exactly what corresponded to the subexpression inside the 1st pair of parentheses.  You are not using anything like \1 here, so this backreferences do not apply to this question.

    c > sign means negation only when it comes immediately after [.]  For example

    SELECT REGEXP_SUBSTR (' APT-101, 34 BLDG, community xyz, XYZ ROAD, BANGALORE - 560066' ")

    If I open it with wordpad or notepad ++ the file looks fine, but I can't make this notebook it reads properly. I spent about 10 hours on it and at this point I don't know what to do, I tried Windows-1252, UTF-8, UTF-16, the default. I tried to put this enconding on the response header with no luck. Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    This has nothing to do with the character sets and everything to do with windows line break conventions. Windows line break convention is "\r\n", and the notebook only includes this format.
