Didn't know to disable Photoshop elements 14 before you uninstall what should I do?

I have owned 14 Photoshop and Photoshop Elements and first 10 elements.   I went to use the computer with first and found that it was not compatible with Windows 10.   I then bought a Photoshop Elements and first 14.   I uninstalled Photoshop elements 14 of my fastest computer and then installed the new Photoshop Elements and Premiere14 on this computer.   I went to install the 14 elements of Photoshop that I uninstalled my best computer and tried to install it on my laptop and it will not be installed.  What bothers me even more is that he says you could install on two computers and I have the installed only once about 5 months.  Before I tried to install it I also uninstalled the small screen laptop that has never had a Photoshop before.

I tried the cat offered by Adobe, but the two agents disconnected the cat without providing an answer.   I myself did research and suspected that I had to disable the program before I uninstalled it.   I read bug for this issue for other Adobe products but could not find one for Photoshop Elements.

I'd appreciate any help you can provide.   I logged on my Adobe account and all my programs with the appropriate account numbers are listed, but I guess they are still listed as being on a computer, that they have been uninstalled.

I like the product, but I'm not at all happy with the cat or searches on the site because I can't find a search that covers my problem.

Thanks in advance, a very frustrated woman.

PS. If you know where on the site to find the right info go to this link.

Here's what needs to be done. Ive done it myself.

You have no choice, you must use the chat option. You will need your Adobe account information. "E-mail and password" I don't remember for sure, but I can gave them my so activation code.

Tell them that you need activate the program on another computer. Let them know you didn't turn it off on a single computer, and it is currently activated on 2 computers "or what applies in your case. They can allow more activation for you.

If the person you talk to can help you. I would tell them you need to talk to someone who knows what he's doing. Preferably a supervisor.

It is the only way to do.

Good luck with best regards, Terry
