Difficult to re - install my paid subscription to Acrobat

CC, but Photoshop no-go - paid subscription
I've had a subscription CC for a few years now and he exchanged between two computers, now of back on my MacBook, where it will probably remain. I remember to disconnect before removing it from the other computer, but have not used this software for some time now. I have the Photoshop photography program and 'Manage account' shows I'm liberated, but when I check the applications tab in the cloud creative it shows "Free Trial Expired" for Photoshop and does not allow me to use it. I normally don't use Lightroom, but just installed if the same thing happens, and it keeps telling me to buy a subscription, even after I connect again to verify that I don't have a current, paid subscription.
Gets a little frustrated with Adobe support too - the 24/7 chat always seems to be closed! How can I fix this? GIMP starts to look like an attractive option for me, I'm afraid. Thank you.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Updated made my paid subscription to a trial.
After you install update Adobe CC 2015, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, all say "Start trial" despite a paid subscription to the company's account. I tried to do: Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly back in the test mode. CS6, CCM but it does not seem to apply to this situation. There is no "help > deactivate" option, it seems.
What I do contact the telephone support line for this problem or can it be repaired everything simply? I tried to restart the PC after the updates have been installed and the only thing that's happened is Photoshop should be updated again, but all three still think that we must begin a trial.

1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and locate the file named hosts inside the folder etc.

You don't have to re - install your applications. Just activate your creative license cloud by the signature of the creative application of cloud and then reconnect.

I do not have a paid subscription to Adobe CC (I'm alone on the free tier), but I used Capture to create a SVG. The captured image is saved to my CC as an SVG library. I want to export the SVG to use elsewhere. If I try to share or save this graph, for example, an attachment or to my Google Reader, of the Capture app, the app allows only the graph export to JPEG. If I log on my CC account and access my stored files from a desktop browser, there is no option to export. I get that the point of all of the applications as capture users to pressure to purchase subscriptions of CC, but is incredibly closed ecosystem that are my only options when using Capture is (A) registered export SVG as JPEGs or (B) validation of a monthly to the desktop version of, say, Illustrator? Y at - it another option that allows me to actually access and use my SVG freely? If the answer is 'no', it is a circuit breaker; If the answer is 'yes', I can't wait to learn more.

I'm sorry, your post appear in my notifications when you first posted. Currently, the only way to export a vector of Capture is through the libraries Panel in Illustrator CC. I don't know if this will change, but right now it's the only way to export shapes as svgs.
I know that's not the answer you were hoping for, but I hope that at least, it clears any confusion.

If you bought something on a US site, I don't think that you will be able to activate it outside the United States
