  Hello! I found a problem with my system: when a user logs off Windows 7 x 64 session, the rest can not access the internet, until restarted network card. Reinstall NIC driver did not help.   Winservices.exe is not part of Windows, its share of the virus.

  I would make sure that the virus is really gone and then perform the cleaning included here:
  (Don't count on 1 product to remove all pieces of a malware infection).

  You can do it in Safe Mode - several times F8 tap that you start.
