Digital Edition, creation of the app

Hello

I built an application using the digital publishing suite. The problem I have, once I log in, add my folio and the articles he does not give me the option in the drop-down list to complie new app? I have perhaps not installed all the DPS tools?

There is no way to make an application under Windows. Even if you could you would still need a Mac to send to iTunes (it is requirement of Apple).

I bought a book of game Google and downloaded the CMHA on my desk. When I try and open it with my Adobe Digital Edition, I get the error message "license make mistake. "License server communication problem: E_Stream_Error.

    Response to SMcLeod8:

Hello, I managed to solve my problem of E_STREAM_ERROR regarding the Google Play ebook. The short answer is to use ADE 4.0.3.

When I met the problem of the E_STREAM_ERROR, it is with ADE 2.0.67532 on Windows 7 (and this had no problem handling the Kobo CMHA, OverDrive files, open a library and a sample epub BCAM from Adobe itself). This is why I would not upgrade my 2.0.67532 to the last 4.0.3. Instead, I used another Windows 7 PC and installed ADE 4.0.3. On my first try, I allowed the 4.0.3 without ID, and there was an error E-GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED. I then allowed with the Adobe-same ID * as my 2.0.67532 PC. It worked as I could get my epub from Google.

As I don't expect a response from Adobe technical support, I guess that now Google license servers do not work with Adobe 2.0.3. I hope this will help you solve your problem - at least to get your ebook in ADE first.

However, I would be careful replacing 4.0.3 of my 2.0.67532 I wouldn't be surprised if the latest version will not work with other suppliers of epub for social mobilization. For me the upgrade to the latest version of the software is never the best solution - it could solve a problem, but creates another.

Note: * I understand that you can authorize up to a total of six computers with the same Adobe ID. Not sure that this policy is still standing.

  • InDesign CS6 is an updated version of the Adobe Digital Editions software?

Why different? InDesign CS6 is an updated version of the Adobe Digital Editions software? Adivse me please.

No, it's something completely different. InDesign is the Adobe page layout program to create printed stuff or also the electronic formats like PDF or EPUB and others. It is a program that will require a lot of how to work with.

You must download and install ADE on your computer. If you have never worked with InDesign, it may not be what you want to use.

  • Why does the software Adobe Digital Editions stop my mouse to work?

    Hello

I need to know how to overcome this problem. Adobe Digital Editions creates my mouse to pause for an unlimited period. I need to know if others are having this problem or if it's just my setup. I have about 40 books in ePub format on my Adobe Digital Editions software. I need to recover, but the Digital Editions system creates the conditions mentioned above.

    Please send advice.

There are options for tackling many programs that are running in these guests. Choose. You will probably be able to locate a large number of programs that provide challenges for the system you have set up.

I ' v tried to uninstall and then reinstall Digital Editions (v2.0 or v3.0) with the same result.  I receintly had a hard drive crash and this is the first time I used Digital Editions since I have restored from a backup to a new hard dirve.  Any ideas?

    Hi jnf.

ADE has sometimes its registration/activation confused and in a semi-autorise State.

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.

Unfortunately, he then often misleading gives the error messages about what is wrong.

A common incorrect message informs that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.

This can often be solved by removing completely any authorization by using ctrl-shift-D to the library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D on Mac).

Restart the ADE and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID (old)

In extreme cases on the mac, helped the next extra step.  Navigate to / Users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash. If you use 10.7, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)

  • I can't allow my computer to the Adobe Digital Editions software

I tried to allow my computer to the Adobe Digital Editions software, but I get an error message saying that I can't use an ID that has already been used to allow another device (I have already authorized my laptop with this ID). The error message is meaningless for me, because the question of authorization must be able to read books on several devices.

When I try to open my e-book without permission, I get the error E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER so that's not an option either.

ADE has sometimes its registration/activation confused and in a semi-autorise State.

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help, and indeed installation can even trigger this State.

    2)  ~~~~

Run without authorization is a vicious trap that Adobe has unsuspecting customers.

They give warnings very soft, but not nearly strong enough.

When you register "without ID", ADE creates an anonymous/default ID limited powers (for example cannot be used to share with other devices).

Whenever you first load a book DRM, this copy of the book is related to whatever the computer identifier is registered at the time.

Any book that you load this anonymous ID is active gets associated with that ID, and can be played on any other device.

When you successfully register your computer with a real identification, this old anonymous ID is lost.

Now you have not all devices that can read the book.

The only way I know round, is to use a DRM stripper like epubee before remove you the device.

I do NOT advocate using this code to work around the valid limitations placed on a DRM book.

However, when the problem arises only because of the ineptitude of Adobe ADEPT DRM infrastructure and its implementation.

such a measure is totally justifiable.
