  Software TheOCr please with your units is ocr software of base that you get for free with the printer. This basic version will have trouble with writing indeed. To get full support for Handwrinint you need a professional version of the ocr software. However, they are quite expensive ussuly.

  Hi, I use a HP LaserJet M1132 on Windows 7
  This morning, for the first time, I started scanning of documents on paper print them without problem. Once completed, the night I tried to analyze other things but so far, the scan started creating white sheets instead of copes (the scan works and works, I also tried to add more contrast on the copies, but it produces just white leaves with a dash of black ink at the bottom of the page)
  I tried to print some pages of the notebook, and it worked, it's not the toner.
  I tried to scan on my laptop, create a jpg, whitout print image, but the image of the analysis was a white image... so I think the problem is the scan unit itself.
  The printer does not, however, give error messages and after this morning (when the scan worked) doesn't not install or change settings (both in the LaserJet printer and my HP laptop where the printer is installed).

  I'm under insurance because I bought the product about a week ago. The printer is new and has been used very few times.

  Any advice?

  If the copy is still a Virgin to the printer, it is a sign that the scanner does not. Here are a few options available to you at this stage.

• Digitization of Document with Dell All In One Printer A960

  I would like to know the steps to scan a document on a Dell All In One Printer A960.  I have a Windows Vista operating system.

  Here are the steps I take in the manaul.

  1. I put the paper on the glass.

  2. Select the place I want the paper to go.

  3. I then select the Start button.

  4. once I press the button start, he says: it's scanning, without windows or tabs open on my computer screen.

  5. I then go to my control panel and click on the button that says "scanner and camera" to find the document.

  6. I can preview the document once I've selected the button that says "Scanner and camera" on the Control Panel, it takes me to a page where the document is located, the only thing I can do on this page is three things (1) overview of the document, (2) the document Scan or (3) cancel the document., I can't do anything else.

  Step 6 is where I have problems, how can I get the document of the preview of the page area scan to another folder or area such as 'My Document' folder or any other folder, so that I can attach it to an email. There are only buttons "3", (1) a preview button Scan of a button (2) and (3) a Cancel button.

  If I can get the document of the preview in "My Documents folder" area or any other folder I can attach it to an email.

  If anyone knows the steps to get the document in the preview page to scan in 'my account', please list the steps, this is my first time trying to scan a document.

  Probably the best way to achieve your goal would be to make a photocopy on one side, then analyze the two pages to your computer using the ADF Document (CAD).  The two pages will then be saved in the same file.  When you open the print dialog box select 2 sided.  The output should be a printed page front and back.

  Yes, as long as you install the newest model printer software and SOLUTIONS CENTRE. The software and the latest drivers may be retro-compatible. The old software and drivers, may not be compatible to the FRONT.

I see nothing in the software to be able to analyze one side of a pile of pages, return them manually, then analyze the other side, and have the pages in a single document. It seems to me that this would be a fairly routine business need and also an easy enough task for software realize (just put each page second in order - basically the opposite of manually printing on both sides) so it makes me think that I must be missing something. Can anyone help please?

  The 6700 Officejet does not a duplex ADF to allow you to scan a two-sided document. Copy/scanning duplex is supported only in the glass on the model.

  (1) what is the brand of scanner and the model?

  (2) have you installed all the drivers and the software of scanner said manufacturer?

  After the digitization of documents, when I go to the file menu and save, the dialog box is empty.  It was only intermittent, now it's all the time.

  Please try to uncheck the "Show when saving files from online storage" option in the Edit menu > Preferences > General.

  Click OK at the bottom to save the settings and then try to save the file.

  When I pass it draws from Devlopment LR is suspended. I have to kill to the task and start over LR. I had the problem with Lightroom 6.0 on Windows 7 and have it always with LR 6.1.1 and Windows 10.

  Try to disable the gpu under Edit > Preferences > performance.

  It also explains how to disable the gpu when LR is not running. (if you have problems, disable it inside the LR)

  Acrobat is a program source of confusion, and I think you need to take a step back. None of the things you describe are really a way of working in Acrobat. There is no such thing as models as you describe, and bookmarks do not exist until you add them to a document.

  So, what actual requirement? I want to make a repeated effectively task (= with the least effort).

  It comes (ignore the order for now).

  1 digitization of 75 pages

  2 turn them into PDF format.

  3. do you have bookmarks to (hopefully) fixed at exactly the same location each time.

  What I would do, is to write JavaScript to create bookmarks, and run whenever. But that requires skills and experience that you will yet, so is there another way...?

  Well, while there are not actually templates, you might be able to do something like what you describe.

  -Carry out a 75-page document (empty if you like)

  -Add bookmarks

  -Save this file as a TEMPLATE. PDF. Save it as you it will certainly break while practicing.

  Now, whenever you want to work

  -Analyze the 75 pages in PDF format (perhaps with Acrobat, perhaps with the software that came with the scanner if he can make it to compare files of size and quality)

  -Save the PDF under TEMP. PDF, close it.

  -Open the MODEL. PDF.

  -Use the tools Panel, select Pages > replace

  -Select TEMP. PDF Version of the file to new pages.

  -Choose replace pages with pages 1 from 1 to 75.

  -Use SAVE as (and not SAVE!) to save this work with a new name of date, client or whatever.
