  Hello

  I have an OfficeJet 6700. I need to scan documents of several large double-sided pages and want to use the automatic charger. I see nothing in the software to be able to analyze one side of a pile of pages, return them manually, then analyze the other side, and have the pages in a single document. It seems to me that this would be a fairly routine business need and also an easy enough task for software realize (just put each page second in order - basically the opposite of manually printing on both sides) so it makes me think that I must be missing something. Can anyone help please?

  The 6700 Officejet does not a duplex ADF to allow you to scan a two-sided document. Copy/scanning duplex is supported only in the glass on the model.
  
  I suggest that you are looking to buy a printer Officejet Pro (for example, the Officejet Pro 8600 N911g) If you are looking for the digitization of documents front / back, through the ADF. You can also look for third-party software that supports what you're looking for.

  I am trying to create a PDF from a Word 2007 document with the layout, the 'Landscape' Orientation and Pages, 'two pages per sheet.  The document was created in Word 2003.  The entire document is four "pages" long, but each of these "pages" is half of an 8 1/2 x 11.  So it's really a pages document two and prints on only two sheets of letter size paper.

  Acrobat does not seem to 'see' this document is set up to have two pages per sheet, is it really just a two-page document.  He created a four-page pdf file.

  It arrived not with Word 2003.  The pdf file created from this version is an exact copy of the document word - two pages.

  Any ideas?

• Fax face two HP 4632

  In the fax on my HP Officejet 4632 settings, it displays an option of "2-Sided" Fax Print  I took this means I could automatically place a 2-face of paper in the feeder and fax both sides without part 2 reloading, but it did not work.  I'm misunderstanding this setting?  Is someone can you please tell me what this means?  A google search has nothing.  Thank you very much!

  Printing option two-sided fax can receive a fax to several pages on both sides of the paper, do not send such a.

  The printer supports two back of the output document (a printed sheet), not ADF duplex which means copy, scan or fax of the original document from the top of the charger page.

  Does anyone know if you can scan multiple pages in 1Documents on the D110 HP.   When I have a 2 origianal face, it ends by as two separate jpeg files.  I don't see an option or a way to change the settings to scan multiple pages and have all come out like a doc.

  In the HP Solution Center, select scan a Document.

  Select PDF from the scan shortcuts, ensure the Scan Reaolution is 300 dpi or lower and the option "Preview Scan" is checked.

  Click Scan and use the button Add Pages to scan pages addiotional.

  Once you have finished scanning, click Finish to complete the analytical work.

  I prefer to scan directly to e-mail, but I never see the option of detection across a document. With scan-to-mail, but also with the other options (scan of the computer, USB)

  Several reviews that I've read what follows:

  "The Photosmart can print and scan in duplex (two-sided page), but scanning duplex requires two passes.

  But how does it work? I guess that doesn't mean that I have to do two separate analyses (which would not of course double-sided).

  The Photosmart 7520 offers the possibility to scan double-sided.

  You scan the front of the printer or the software on the computer? Duplex scanning must be started from the software.

  Scanning both sides of the software on the PC:
  * Open the HP printer Assistant software for the Photosmart 7520
  * Select scan a Document or Photo
  * Select the Document in PDF format (or by e-mail in PDF format)
  * On the side right of the screen is a list of drop-down menus and one of them is the source of the scan
  * Select this option to scan from the automatic document feeder
  * After you select this option, a checkbox will appear under this option to activate Dulpex scanning
  * Set the other options as desired and start the scan

  If you are scanning multiple pages which should be duplex scanning, then the printer will travel the most complete list on one side and then to instruct you on how to reset the pages to scan the remaining sides. The unit requires a method of style "flip and resume" duplex scanning. I hope this helps.

  No,

  This model provides no automatic duplexing.

  In order to send the two sides on a work unique fax, you will need to copy one side first, and then send the two sides as separate documents.

  HP solutions Center is configured for a printer of HP C6200 series.

  Laptop2 allows its HP Solution Center to scan a document from the printer C309-g?

  If so, how?

  I tried, but I'm having problems:

  Yes, as long as you install the newest model printer software and SOLUTIONS CENTRE. The software and the latest drivers may be retro-compatible. The old software and drivers, may not be compatible to the FRONT.

  I create a document that will be printed using two colors: black and a Pantone ink. In the swatches Panel, I deleted all the nuances except black and my Pantone color (and obviously no, paper and recording are still there). I've also created a few shades mixed inks based on black and Pantone color.
  

  However, I notice that the ink Manager still shows Cyan, Magenta and yellow as well as black and Pantone. Manager inks Acrobat is the same, despite the preflight, showing that it produces only two plates. (In the preview of the output, only black channels and Pantone view coverage, but harvest see the mark on all five channels.)

  The ink Manager is not a problem, bu the mixed colours are potentially, depending on the media used. A few small publishing houses 2 colors use a unique cover and mix the ink on the cover for the overprints (which is what the mixture of inks), creating a lane of cross-contamination of inks which can disturb the color all around. You can check that this won't be a problem on your work.

  I already did a responsible for accounts payable and used the name of the category of Document XXX for invoices. Once, I've done another Manager to the AP, but in this one I get rid of the actions button.

  Please check the profile option 'sequential numbering"set at the level of responsibility"Accountable SUPPLIERS ENCODER"resposnibility. It should be defined as "Still in use" or "partially".

  Software TheOCr please with your units is ocr software of base that you get for free with the printer. This basic version will have trouble with writing indeed. To get full support for Handwrinint you need a professional version of the ocr software. However, they are quite expensive ussuly.
