  Go to Device Manager, right click on the unknown device,

  Choose update driver, not to communicate.

  I have an iMac late 2013 (21.5 "), and I just got 10 Windows so that I can install it using bootcamp. I spent a good part of two days trying to get Windows to work with installing bootcamp, but no matter what I do, the result is always the same. If I let bootcamp install its driver (as he wants when you start first in 10 Windows after installation), Windows will crash before loading fully at the next startup. He comes to see the windows logo pop up with the loading circle spinning around for a second, until what the circle all the sudden stops. I tried with the driver OS X Downloads for me in Bootcamp (version 6.0), and I've also tried using those newer that Apple offers for download on their site (Version 5.1.5769).   BC 6.x drivers are more recent and recommended for Windows 10 models 2013 and following.

  BC 5.x drivers are older and meant for W7/W8.1. Specifically, in your case, 5.1.5769 are not valid drivers for your model. iMac 21.5 inch 2013 requires such Software in Support of Boot Camp 5.1.5640 indicated in the installation of Windows 7 and previous versions on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support .

  Hoping someone has encountered this before. We have a 15 Apple 21.5 "iMac with a 1 TB fusion drive that must have bootcamp for a classroom environment. I am trying to build at least one of them. Here's the context:

  1 El Capitan for Mac environment

  3 21.5 "Retuna iMac with 1 TB disk fusion (16 GB of RAM)

  Question: Windows 10 starts in "diagnostic auto repair", after that the bootcamp drivers are loaded. The iMac restarts in Windows 10, but forced to do a "restore" which throws pilots bootcamp (version 6)

  I try to reinstall 6 new bootcamp drivers (I managed to copy it to a Flash DRIVE via the OSXReserve Partition) but the same problem occurs.

  If you have not already completed the upgrade, I would recommend that you go ahead and do. I upgraded a laptop S3-391, which is not eligible and I did not download all the drivers, it works very well. It's ultimately up to you, but Acer won't post all the drivers because it is not an eligible model.

  The way I got it to print has been:

  Without opening the program, in the list of applications, move on to Adobe Reader and right click, select Properties.

  Go to the compatibility and click 'run as Admin '.  Reopen the application and all prints for me now.
