disabled addons

My internet explore kept slowing down right. As a solution, I was prompted to disable addons that I may be operating. It worked a treat. but unfortunately as a side effect, some internet radio station have ceasd to function, - when you are invited to play, they say just "ready".

I need to download active x controls or something?

Close and restart IE or IE with no addons

not better?

installs and it causes more questions - have you never update Java to go back in and turn it off again.) Search

performance or ask about it in a message here in answers.

Windows Defender - tools - software explore - look for problems with programs that do not look
right. Allowed are usually OK and "unauthorized" are not always bad. If doubt about a program
ask about it here.

Could be a free - SpyBHOremover - BHO - standalone program, needs no installation, download and

How can I disable addons without launching Firefox.

Note that there is a pref (extensions.enabledAddons) that identifies enabled extensions, so in theory, you can change this pref in the prefs.js file and remove the extensions you want enabled.

If you launch Firefox in Mode safe then all extensions are disabled and you can open Firefox tools > Modules > page Extensions (topic: addons) to disable the specific extension and close and restart Firefox.

You can use one of them to start Firefox in Safe Mode:

    • On Windows, hold down the SHIFT key while starting Firefox with a double click on the shortcut to the desktop Firefox

    Thank you

You use Firefox Beta. There is an option to disable the check, but it will be removed in Firefox 42. So, you have a limited time to the possibility of using modules unsigned in Firefox beta and release. You should not use every night, Dev edition or the soon to be released version stood out of liberation to use unsigned modules.

It is best to check and make sure that there are no updates to your modules (which could be signed already) and then bug the developers to sign their modules (a simple and automatic process)

  • Is it possible to disable the extension add-on from Mozilla Firefox feature?

I found that you add is added to my browser without my permission. This can happen when my children are on the computer. All I can understand is that they are clicking on something on a site and it adds the extension to my browser. I would like to disable the ability to add modules or extensions, preventing them to be added without my knowledge.

    Is this possible?

    Hello!

Yes you can first remove all the addons and install this 1 addon

  • Addon domain images broken links

I use addon domains inside my main website to maintain sites on the small side and view customer sites prior to release.

My host has recently updated the servers. The addon domain sites affected were last synched w/Dreamweaver CS4 v10 +.

The addon domains - "myaddondomains.com" - worked fine until I recently resynched with Dreamweaver CS5.5 v11.5.

The problem is that the image links display now only < alt > text without the image. The page navigation remains intact, as the CSS link.

Image paths point to the picture folder in the addon/subdomain folder.

I tried to set links to the site and document - No matter what the path is not displayed images.

Enter the URL of domain only:

    Dreamweaver addon url-1.jpg

    http://www.dealerzine.com/ = < alt > text only

    Enter the absolute address: mysite.com/myaddondomain.com

    http://www.siebenthalercreative.com/dealerzine.com/ = < alt > text only

Enter as a subdomain (below): mysubdomain. ifrance.com

http://www.dealerzine.siebenthalercreative.com/ = display the image correctly (see below)

    Dreamweaver subdomain URL-1.jpg

    Dreamweaver subdomain-1.jpg

Is there something obvious that I forget? It seems that there is something in the dot-com suffix that may have an impact on how the research addresses the display of images, but the proper display of the text < alt > indicates (to me) the image folder is accessed.

  • Said multiprocess still handicapped by addons after updating to Firefox 49

I've heard about support for multiprocessing (electrolysis) when Firefox 48 came out and was hoping to be able to use it, but he told me he was disabled by addons. Being what he was just driving, I decided to wait until the next big update before trying to turn it back on.

When the update of Firefox 49 came out today I made sure that all my addons have been supported and then updated. However, even now it still says disabled addons, even in Safe Mode.

Is there something else I have to turn in all: config? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi M_W99, making firefox multiprocessing (e10s code name) is the biggest architectural change that firefox has never been, so we deploy these changes gradually to ensure that we do not break the online experience of our users.

with respect to the addons, e10s and firefox 49 to my knowledge will allow us too e10s default for users of the addon, but only for users with a small sample of manually in the whitelist addons (Greasemonkey, download YouTube videos to MP4, video Download Helper, add-on, Adblock Plus, uBlock origin, Emoji Cheatsheet, Awesome Screenshot, PersonasPlus) (, Add-on Compatibility Reporter) and webextensions.

in future versions, we plan to expand the scope of application - if all goes to plan in firefox 50 e10s will be enabled for users with all extensions marked as compatible multiprocessing: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OFYrrvAFg8y1mZOEbuIR1axxtV8eul_be6ad9fe8JB0/edit#gid=1952061950
