  Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

  I understand that your password has been entered too often badly and now your iPad is disabled.  You'll need to clear the iPad in order to move forward.  Please follow the steps below to set mode of recovery and restoration of the iPad.

  1. Connect your iOS device to your computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Store or Apple authorized service provider.
  2. When your device is connected, force restart it: press and hold buttons sleep/wake and Home at the same time. Do not let go when you see the Apple logo - keep pressed until you see on the screen in recovery mode.
     
  3. When you see the option restore or put to update, choose restore.
     
     iTunes will download software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit Recovery mode and you need to repeat steps 2 and 3.
  4. Until the end of the process. Then, you can Configure and use your device.

  I see that you are having some problems with the timing of the photo and would like some suggestions of troubleshooting for this issue. The first thing that comes to mind would be to try to reset your photo sync from iTunes by following the steps in this article:

  Turn off sync iTunes

  If you want more pictures synced to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, turn off sync in iTunes and they will be removed from your device. You can disable synchronization for some of your photo albums or all of them at once.

  Stop synchronization of all photos

  1. Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
  2. Click the device icon in iTunes.
  3. Click on the Photos.
  4. Uncheck 'Synchronize Photos' and then click 'remove all '.
  5. Click on apply.

• Is there an easy way to reconnect the iPad Pro to my iPhone 6s longer hot spot?

  Whenever the iPad Pro 'locks', connecting to my iPhone 6s hottest spot goes down, I can understand.  No need to have the connection when not to use the iPad Pro.  The problem is that you have to go all the way back in the reconnection of the hotspot settings.  Is there an easier way?  I wish it would just automatically reconnect.

• Why the iso 9.3 has locked my iPad Pro?

  Last updated on Saturday, seemed OK at first, but soon things stopped working.  Very frustrated to work only a few apps and Face Book - I can't use the internet as no link a search doesn't work, not in Safari or Chrome, disabling Java makes no difference whatsoever.  Also, as soon as I tap on any link in an email, the program locks and E-mail can do is to close.  I can't access what anyone online to all.  There are warnings that there could be problems with authentication on the older device, but it is a new iPad Pro.  This means that I can't do all the work on this at all.

  I think you will be ok with decommissioning, just to ensure that you are using a version authorized by apple as shown above. At times, Apple suggested that downgrade you when a clearance blocked phone calls on some iphones.  Sometimes in the past, employees of the apple stores would help you downgrade.  Ask.

  For a limited time Apple will return you to the previous version.  Do not hurry.

• The battery life of the IPad Pro

  I've had my IPad Pro nearly a month now, I am very disappointed with the battery life.  Can I get a battery completely charged at 10:00 and 15:00

  Hard to say... I had the iPad over the years and the Pro is the best yet.  I use mine extensively, mostly to surf the Internet and check news sites, not be interested in the games. I also use it for photo editing. A typical use days could be between 4 to 6 hours and when not in use, it is in standby.  I never feed power off.

  I also have mine recharge every night, regardless of the status of the battery.  After a full days use, the status of the battery down from 100 percent to about 45 percent.  When the rear of the load box gets hot, when you use it, it's cool.

  It was an Apple store or a retailer that took place the diagnostic practice?

  I would say that your battery life isn't typical.

  9.2 on a Mini iPad IOS (I don't have an iPad Pro so cannot check) the option is always available in settings > General > keyboard > keyboard Split

• iPad Pro... still trying to wake up

  Although I am constantly working w a higher tech very experienced and well informed about this, thank you Mattew, I want to put this out there to see if others are experiencing this problem.

  When the value in 'stand' and only 'stand' mode w keyboard iPad Pro mode the unit continues to try to wake up.  They gave me a work-around to disable the locking/unlocking, which is a minor issue for me, but no less boring, keyboard has been replaced twice and new iPad was delivered too... the unresolved issue

  I can't start relaying my disappointment w Apple and delays, it takes to solve the problem

  I need to know if I'm the only person in the world that is having this problem as technical support can't or don't tell me

  IF you use the same ID accounts iCloud on both devices and Apple, they will remain synchronized unless you disable features in iCloud you do not want to keep in sync, like iCloud Drive, iCloud, library, photos, Safari, Notes flow, etc.
