Disabling comments respondents on a 508 compliant form

On a form of PDF in Acrobat Pro XI, how disable the ability of respondents to view/make comments and keep the shape fill and 508 compliant (accessible)? Should what security and export settings I use?

It should not. The password is not necessary to open/read the PDF file, it is used to limit what can be done with the document (copy changes, content, etc.)

Research shows the symbols and numbers, starting by! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11, and has no search box to enter a Word to search for. Anyone know if it's really only 508 compliant I can get of RoboHelp, please help?

    Sorry, I've had an incredibly taxing a few days and I forgot your last question, ask questions about WebWorks.

    Unfortunately, I have no idea how WebWorks. In addition, I'm not any kind of expert on Section 508 compliance. I heard "collegial" of it but none to support than real life. And because the way I didn't stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night, I can't pretend to be an expert.

    Maybe someone else here knows about WebWorks and maybe speak to that. Or, you could ask another meeting place. Maybe WebWorks has their own forums? Or you could try asking on TECHWR-L or HATT.

    Restarted my PC and everything works as it should! I am able to select text, drag and click the drop-down list boxes on web pages without any problem of delay and even using Intuos5 wireless module. I just wanted to know when get us the form online even in Smartview then can we use these comments in dataform cells?     What version of smartview/planning do you use?

    they must be visible, but if smartview version is not correct you can not see the formatting for you say that there is a comment. You should still be able to view the comments by clicking on the cell and go to the Actions of the cell-> comments

    Have you tried using 'on' in your State, instead of '1 '? It should work. (see also the second screenshot of the Josh Ebbers)

    I'm trying to find the solution how to toggle anchor image popup LOV. When I disable the popup element, then only the text field is disabled but the image is still active and opens the LOV. I tried to implement the solutions but to no avail.

    I created DA (triggered after updating the necessary region) with the code below which disables the necessary field.

    Anyway, it's not a bug, just a change

    You can change its value in the XML source of the viewObject (I think that the problem is for this reason, otherwise it should work)

    If you still face problem after changing this property then you can go for the second option (new link is part in the previous comment)

    With little experience of Adobe I was tasked to create a set of PDF forms to use in my company. I drew using Pro forms, but I need a digital signature field that will fill a separate date field at the signing and also disable some of the fields in the form. For the moment I can get it to do one or the other, but I can't do both.

    Is there a script that I can use for these functions?

    As you have probably seen, there is an option on the signing tab to run a script when a digital signature is applied.

    Do what you have described what follows can be used (of course, you have to adapt the name of the field):
