  ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  ·         Reason why you want to run disk defragment?

  Follow these methods.

  It seems to me that the Word process does not and is not able to create macros to create PDF documents with the Cosmi perfect PDF Creator. You should be able to disable macros in the tools of the program. However, I suggest that you post your question to the Support for a better Cosmi respose to your question.
