  I asked if I could get an email from vΘrification of the conversation that we had today, but you do not have one yet.

  His response was that I could cancel at any time during the period of 30 days. (Which is not answering the question I asked)

  (3) if I refunded the $9.99 I was charged 2 weeks since I have been updated today and charged at the price of $14.99.

  If all you need is Photoshop, I don't think you'll find something less expensive than the beam of the photograph.  In my view, education packages come with access to all creative programs, it is why it costs more.
