• Why the page in Firefox does not display the page in the server of the provider?

  I'm a Web Designer. I have the file manager my computer Linux Krusader, which allows me to copy files to my host server. Normally, when I do that and renewed page on Firefox, the page indicating with precision in Firefox reflects the change that I copied on my host server. Lately, apart from clear the memory cache, exit Firefox and return, the page on Firefox continues to be the old page without change.

  My homepage itself, has recently changed although I did not authorize this change. I want to make msn.com, but now it displays bing.com or Options page Virgin Firefox seen after clicking on the "Reset" button on the page.

  I tried to enter the home of the Options page section msn.com and also drag the msn.com tab to the home button on my browser. MSN load when I click on the button Home, but at the start, one of the other pages loads. Once again, I've done zero replaces myself my homepage settings. I would greatly appreciate all advice.

  Good news! By placing the cursor on the user.js file and take a screenshot of the location, I was able to find the file using my computer, then delete it. Since then, Firefox * seems * to load my homepage provided on each new startup. Therefore, I should be in good shape with regard to this issue.

  When I am viewing pages served by the addon IETab, the indicator "Is a secure page in firefox" appears in the address bar (http://puu.sh/5aLpS.PNG). It is a bit misleading, because it is displayed on a page that is in no way controlled by Mozilla.

  Is this expected behavior? If this isn't the case, should I file a bug in Bugzilla? Thank you.

• All items, forums (etc) 'answers' have screenshot of a page of Firefox, I've ever seen... Also *...

  I like to think I have Try * keep up-to-date, and maybe it's just that I don't have a certain 'theme' downloaded... but when I find possible answers to questions or problems, the screenshot (or partial *) shown is nothing * as mine and the buttons on my page, not 'doing' what is the donor suggesting I try *.

   Is there a way I can send a screenshot of my page / layout (with a list of all my add-ons, plug-ins, etc)  and locate one of the 'answers' I am referring to, & send a copy / screenshot of That*, so maybe someone can tell me What I am missing, or simply haven't done or downloaded... like a theme, add on,  plug in, (.. different toolbar*, maybe.. but I don't think a toolbar would change or stop any functionality associated with the Search/Location bar)?
   *The 'answers' displayed page is supposedly coming from a Contributor or Tech Support, but Their* pages shown are consistent... the differing answer providers have very similar page layouts... ALL of them different from Mine*.  The point is, I can't even Try* half of the suggestions Because of the pages' differences from mine and (primarily) button function or "click-result" I* get vice what is displayed.

   Also... (yeah... sorry... 2nd question...) - Why don't Both "Java 7 SE U45"  AND  "Java Deployment Toolkit 7.0.450.18" (both "Vulnerable"...) have the same Options settings?  Why can ONLY the 'Toolkit' be set to "Always Ask" while it is either ON or OFF for the Java 7 SE..?
  

  You can not attach a screenshot in the first row who starts a thread, but you can do it in subsequent responses.

  You can only attach a JPG image and no other types of documents.
  A .ppt document would require to have PowerPoint viewer that not everyone may have installed or want or can install (non-Windows platforms).

  You get the orange Firefox menu button when the menu bar is hidden.

  • Firefox menu button > Options
  • View > toolbars (press F10 to display the menu bar)
  • Right click on empty toolbar space

  I use Firefox for Android. Can how I force reload a page that Firefox does not account for the content in the cache?

  Firefox is not properly rendered http://news.google.com/ (page makes simply as a small white rectangle). I want to force Firefox to force the reloading of the page of the site rather than use the content corrupted in my cache. On the desktop, I can do that by pressing the SHIFT key and select Refresh from the menu.

  Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. To try to solve these problems, the first step is to clear cookies and cache.
  The Firefox cache temporarily stores images, scripts and other parts of websites while you browse.
  
  Note: This will be you temporarily disconnect all sites, you're connected to.
  To clear the cache and cookies, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the top right menu. It is the icon with 3 bars. On older Android devices, you will need to press menu hardware key, and then click more.
  2. Press settings.
  3. After that, you will pass to the settings screen. In the display settings, look under the privacy and security section, and then select clear private data.
  4. You will then pass a list of which can be erased. Select the 2 following for deletion:
     • Cookies & active connections
     • Cache
  5. After they have been selected, press the clear data button to actually clear the cache and cookies.

• Display anything in firefox correctly except in fullscreen

  I started my computer today and a norton window pops up informing me that he had a new version of the product. I went with her and being up-to-date.   The look of the problem reminds me a lot of when a window freezes or lagging behind. Where it takes a still picture of what is behind this and when it is moved off the screen and then return it distorts the image as below.

  Only usually everything within the program is frozen when this happens. Here, firefox seems to run in the background. I can still click the "Firefox" button at the top and go through the options in the breast and I can type in the fields of text on the Web page, I don't see anything on the Web page. Firefox is not freezing, it just seems to be a graphics error.

  The weird part is the fact that full-screen works very well. As soon as I hit f11, firefox goes into full screen and everything is displayed as it should. But once I hit him again, he goes immediately to the way it was.

  I have hardware acceleration already due to a graphic error previous, I had, and now I tried to disable webgl, my graphics card driver update, reinstall firefox, creating a new firefox default reset profile, disabling everything I could think and even play with norton settings.

  Im running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit with a GeForce Nvidia 335 M Graphics card and have later (of course) the version of Norton Internet Security.

  It turns out that the problem was with windows itself. When I updated my Norton, something went wrong in the installation and trying to fix it I just kept making it worse.

  What ended up fixing it was me uninstall norton completely and installation of Win7SP1. I don't really know what the problem was or what really fixed it, but I have a feeling it was something to do with bad timing on the installation.

• Images displayed differently in Firefox

  I have a Dreamweaver page that normally displays in Internet Explorer. But when I open it in firefox, one of the elements is displayed differently. Specifically, I have some social media icons that are supposed to be displayed horizontally, and they are in IE. But when I open the same page in Firefox, it displays the same icons vertically. How can I fix this? Thank you.

  For example, I discovered an apartment ad that has various attached photos. It said click on the images to see an enlarged version. FF opens the page however the majority of the page is white and the image seems to be pushed on the right side of the page and watch as if it were bundled up against the right side shows is not the whole picture.

  Just set the police minimum votes to zero, did the trick. However, I also appreciate other suggestions that I'm following now. Non-strabisme already installed. A little more difficult to find this file user.js. It any suggestions?

  I was able to finally solve the problem, but I had to do a complete reset of firefox. Thank you for your time.
