  Hey everybody,

  I have a system of direct payment somewhere between user registration and authentication within the app. I confirmed that my Integrator ID is valid, and that the box "send app ID and version" is checked in the app generator.

  , The system has been for a while, but I had to change, that is when I noticed that the system was broken. After some research I found that the SSL certificate on https://lighthouse.adobe.com has been and remains disabled. I managed to write my system around the invalid cert, but I fear that it may still cause problems.

  I have contact the Gold technical support, but they were not useful (they still able to deliver a file number).

  I'm on date limit and many require this system works. Any help is appreciated.

• Direct payment on devices Android - DPS App Builder

  We already have a direct payment demand based on Adobe DPS - library and store SDK released to the Apple store. This app works perfectly. I needed to build the same application for android devices and download on the google game shop.

  If I have Choose iOS as target my device in the Adobe DPS App Builder, then I select Multi Folio with the right type of App in the details of law I can configure our server right custom as the URL of the Service.

  But if I chose Android as target device, there is no option to configure the server to custom so right if I build the application and test on the Tablet, the application displays all folios, because it has no connection with our server of right.

  In the generator of the App on the first page after you select Android you must choose "Multi sheet entitled" in the drop-down type of app. You can configure the settings of your direct payment.

  Looks like you have some problems - start by removing the "Integrator" of your database.  SignInWithCredentials can be extended to other integrators outside your own - it's extremely rare.  You should not have an entry for the integrator of field in your database for any application.

  You should also read this DevNet article as it gives information on how to configure usually this.  For example, the URL http [s] ://[:] / is supposed to be a model.  You are suppose to use real values.

  I have my application running in the IOS and will now put up an Android Legacy version.  You can enable and equip your Integrator id, but I do not see anywhere to put in your service url.  Where do I put this?  The application needs to know where to send requests for payment.

  You don't need to put the URL of the service to. The app search automatically based on the ID of the Integrator.

  our company is about to use the distribution with DPS platform.

  as I am sure all the workflow with Apple/Ipad devices... it's a little more blury with Windows.

  First is it possible for our representative Adobe create a Windows Multifolio (for W8.1) application that connects to our server fulfillment? (like the IOS app will be)

  If so, this means that we will have an application that we install on our windows machines?

  DPS supports Windows 8.1, we can build a multi-folio Viewer customized for you. You can distribute it internally for business use.

  I don't know what you mean by 'our fulfillment server' though. Do you mean the direct payment?

  I'm is developing an application for my company which is supposed to be distributed only at our distributors. Apple rejected my request to the company since our distributors are not our employees. I wanted to summarize my distribution options now and you ask for feedback. I do not plan to use the App Store.

  With the company DPS and Apple company account, you can build and deploy a signed application enterprised internally within your organization. Create the application, deploy and host internally, so that anyone with access to the link can download the application. Not sure if the terms of Apple allows your distributors from outside your organization to access and download the application hosted internally within your organization, to check this with Apple.

  Terms if Apple does not allow, you can use the method of distribution of DPS limited to deploy the application on the Appstore, but allow a person access to content unless they are authenticated through the app, called direct payment or a restricted distribution.   Registration to LCA does not automatically download the last folio. Your folios are always uploaded to the Adobe servers, you cannot host somewhre else. Anyone can create, download folios and see the folio in the Adobe Content Viewer. But the folio can be attributed to an editing application requires a subscription DPS.

  You can save up to 100 s UDID on the Apple dev portal. I do not think that the UDID expires as long as your Apple Dev account is active, but the certificate expires one year exactly to the day, it was generated.

  We are looking at Adobe DPS to publish our digital magazines.  Like many other publishing companies, we also have existing customers 'print '.

  In the new DPS (2015), the only way that a user can connect is via the dialog box native SignIn using the credentials of the user/password. Details: The native connection method will result in a call to the serviceAuthURL specified parameters of the Integrator for Direct payment. DPS will make an Http POST request to the URL SignInWithCredentials passing the username and password. DPS expects an authentication token to be returned to the viewer stores in native mode. This authentication token is what identifies the user for direct payment calls

  In the earlier version of DPS (classic), connection differs in two ways:

  1. DPS allows HTML to open a speed of connection of the freeform and similarly out of the application to get an authentication token
  2. DPS had a SDK API library whose application could explicitly define an authentication token after the opening of the flow of custom connection

  There is no equivalent for classical DPS SDK API in 2015 of DPS at this time. Although we plan in the future for additional capacity of connecting OAuth/Social.
