Direct payment problems

Hey everybody,

I have a system of direct payment somewhere between user registration and authentication within the app. I confirmed that my Integrator ID is valid, and that the box "send app ID and version" is checked in the app generator.

, The system has been for a while, but I had to change, that is when I noticed that the system was broken. After some research I found that the SSL certificate on https://lighthouse.adobe.com has been and remains disabled. I managed to write my system around the invalid cert, but I fear that it may still cause problems.

I have contact the Gold technical support, but they were not useful (they still able to deliver a file number).

I'm on date limit and many require this system works. Any help is appreciated.

    So, how to buy the monthly subscription to Adobe Creative Photography Cloud plan without using a credit card?

    I called my Bank and they verified that there was no transaction on their record for any payment for S $13 today. I tried with my VISA and AMEX card credit (from different banks) and the two do not work. Why Adobe / Digital River rejects my credit card payment?

  • Direct payment on devices Android - DPS App Builder

    Hello

    We already have a direct payment demand based on Adobe DPS - library and store SDK released to the Apple store. This app works perfectly. I needed to build the same application for android devices and download on the google game shop.

    If I have Choose iOS as target my device in the Adobe DPS App Builder, then I select Multi Folio with the right type of App in the details of law I can configure our server right custom as the URL of the Service.

    But if I chose Android as target device, there is no option to configure the server to custom so right if I build the application and test on the Tablet, the application displays all folios, because it has no connection with our server of right.

    In the generator of the App on the first page after you select Android you must choose "Multi sheet entitled" in the drop-down type of app. You can configure the settings of your direct payment.

    We build server for direct payment for our business customers (distribution company).

    Can we distribute different sheets for different groups? (So that our groups are not only everyone and subscribers)

    For February, I received payment and statement of account of BB E-business. Guess what - they are different by a few hundred dollars. So according to the statement of account I should be paid more than I received on my PayPal account.

  • Credit card payment problem

    I have problems with this month, Adobe CC Plan payment. Initially, the problem was not being able to update the credit card information (error: PMT_000008), after having tried several browsers, clean cache and introducing the new card number (I have 8 requests for prior authorization charged to my new card) I was able to update the information of the card , but the old card is displayed in the "Payment information" section (masterCard * 41 this is the old card), but in the "registered Payment Options", the new map is saved as the default (* 18 new card). So I was wondering. The information of credit card offers day or not, because you have tried to load twice the old Cardinal

    I already tried with the support (to appeal, they have not), any help would be good.

  • Payment problems - recommended cat but does not work

    Hello

    The credit card was rejected because he was over the limit. This problem has been fixed, but I don't see any way to pay the account manually or have Adobe reprocess it.
    All I can do is to change the map. I tried to change and then return to the original, but Adobe won't accept.

    I tried to go through the contact us link, but ended up with a recommendation of cat, but no direct link. I can't find any other way to use the Chat. Everything that brings me to the same page and problem.

  • Registered credit card payment problem - limited number of transactions on the new.

    I have delay in payment for my program because of the default limits of the new credit card. I'm in the photographers CC program. Credit card has been set at zero operations per month then on due time.  What to do now?

    My account has expired due to problems of payment this month. I have a special plan because I was using an old product before so I discount membership for a year. So now I'd like to change my credit card information and continue to use my old subscription because a year has not yet done. But there is no options to change my payment information to the web site. So, how can I change, pay and continue to use my old subscription.

    If I check the records with the associated profile adobe ID, the subscription has already expired due to non-payment of the invoice.

    The solution to this problem is to place a new order.

  • Greek payment problems of credit cards

    Hello, due to capital controls which are effect on the Greek banking system the monthly payment from my account bounced. Greek credit cards are not accepted, and no doubt I'm the only one with this problem, because the cat of support was not aware of the problem and there is no official route from Adobe on how to handle this. My proposal was to use the credit card of our subsidiary in another country (and change the details of the Bill accordingly), but again this was not also possible... support offered to cancel the account and create a new. I assume that the payments more bouncing of the Greece, there will be a sort of average payment of handling/alternative that will be acceptable to Adobe (like banking or temporary transfer accept credit card from other countries until the situation is resolved).

    Looks like you have some problems - start by removing the "Integrator" of your database.  SignInWithCredentials can be extended to other integrators outside your own - it's extremely rare.  You should not have an entry for the integrator of field in your database for any application.

    You should also read this DevNet article as it gives information on how to configure usually this.  For example, the URL http [s] ://[:] / is supposed to be a model.  You are suppose to use real values.

  • SpeedGrade Direct link problem

    Hello everyone, after first Pro CC update, I have a problem with the function of link Direct for Speedgrade. After you save the project PP, PP closes then hospitality PP screens opens, followed by Speedgrade who has the Red dialog box indicating that the video file is not found.     Try to use the adobe "cleaner" tool (you can find it online) to uninstall speedgrade. Reset. Install speedgrade with creative cloud Panel. It should work fine
