  as I mentioned previously, the live streaming on the screens of DPM can be accomplished using

  SA encoders.  If they want the flexibility of the time, portal of signs & digital video, while they

  will need to have 2 cameras recording the event live.  A connected the encoder to SA

  and the other connected to the EMR.

  I found two statements about the live video and ETV:

  Is there a difference or is it a failure?

  CNSC allows us to deliver unicast and multicast for Desktop Video. We do not use Digital Signage still, but I think that the 2nd should only apply to digital display. Yes, there are different documentation for DMS and the CNSC, and they are almost completely out of the other.

• Synchronization of a live video with audio digital SLR and a separate audio track

  Hi, I have a problem with live video that I try to sync with a separate audio track. I have several clips that I want to include in the video, so I don't want to sync the audio frame video and separate framework, but I want to know the best possible way, please, I can sync the audio separated? So far I used markers of the waveforms to find the synchronization point, but so far it is not synchronization.

  Adjust the audio clip left or right of the track until it syncs to the top.  In the context menu for the sequence, you can display Audio Units, if you need less than a precision of image.

• no live video on bbc iplayer

  for some reason, I can no more live on the bbc iplayer video, every thing is fine

  Hi Chris, I've now had video live on the bbc iplayer I don't know why but it must have something to do with the graphics card, first I used a 400 nvidia which i could watch the video on-line but then for some reason, it stopped playing live video on the bbc iplayer , so I installed a Radeon 9200se but this does not work, I now have a Nvidia Gforce FX5500 installed and it works perfectly. Thanks for your help.

• Can I use a pre-recorded instead of Webcam live video?

  I want to my face for pre-registration tracking and audio, so that I understand well until I took the trouble of animation, but it's not like I can use it with a video file.  Is live via a webcam, the only way to use it?

  You can use the Scout of face in After Effects and then copy and paste the results into animation character to have your character to take on the movements of the face of a face in a video file.

  Have you tried the Sound class computeSpectrum() method? Since flash V9.x, it can calculate the spectrum on RTMP. The link to the API has a complete example that makes a wave form. It calculates a value between-1.0 and 1.0 for the values 512, 256 for the left and right channels 256.

  You can group them into blocks and use the data to calculate your audio levels. Simply to group a bunch of values and therefore one that shows the average of the values to simplify. for example, 4 bar uses the average of the values of 0-64, 65-128, 129-192, 193-256 for the left channel... You get the idea.

  All my new amateur newsletters are published after the shooting. I record my video using a canon 5 d mark 2 and a panasonic GH1. I record my audio files on a fireface UFX RME. Is it possible that I could cut between the then live camera and how do I do this?

  You could live streaming with HD - SDI and the appropriate hardware connections, but not with you, cameras and PR.

• FMS 3 Questions for live video conferencing

  We have a few basic questions for installation of the server (windows 2003/FMS3) for an applicationt of videoconference with max 10 rooms for 3 persons x room remote connection:
  (1) is there an upgrade for components optimized for FMS3 fms? If this is not the case, should go us with the 'old'?
  (2) is there a way to detect the client bandwidth and latency and optimize Audio/video based on that basis by customer?
  (3) what we have hight latency problems which are not acceptable for video conferencing (5-10 sec): is there a way to optimize the configuration of the server for that? Is it possible to have the quality of Service that is configured on the network as for Voip applications?
  (4) I'we read in the manual that 44 hz encoding is faster than lower rates for audio? I expected the opposite. As the audio is more important for our system is a way to optimize that?
  We have large echoes (also with echo to reduce settings) and poor quality. Any way to improve this?
  
  

  I'll try to answer a couple of these...

  (1) the current components of the FMS works FMS3, but some features (such as redirection) are supported only in the last component of reading. If everything works fine for your application, so don't think that you need to upgrade from.

  (2) FMS3 has the same capabilities of detection of bandwidth based on a script like FMS2, but also a 'native' bandwidth detection feature new and more effective. Discover the FMS3 live docs for how to use this feature. Latecny detection is not supported natively, but you can easily write SSAS to measure time and back a few seconds precision.

  (3) Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done on the server to overcome high-latency link. Real-time communications will always be 'trolling' on this type of connection. (Have you ever watched a satellite live feed on TV?)

  (4) I have no specific details on the speed of encoding for different sampling rates, so I won't comment on that. I will say that, in general, encoding introduced no significant latency (unless your client happens to have a * very * slow processor). The latency of the network and the network congestion that won't do more harm. For the best experience, try to keep the total flow of water as low as possible and don't forget to use bandwidth detection, etc. to ensure that you are never exceeding the features of the client connection.

• How to stream live video?

  (1) I'm going to Europe in a few months and you want to stream live presidential debates on my Macbook Pro (El Capitan).  Can someone point me to an article on how to configure for that? I know there are individual network applications (for example, CNN or PBS for devices like Kindle (which I also have), but I'd rather watch on the Macbook.)

  Two other newbie questions: (2) I'll be able to live-stream immediately, or do I also have to download applications individual network for the Macbook, as I would for a mobile device? (3) it is not a matter of Apple, but if I download a CNN, PBS, app etc. NBC in the United States, it will work in Europe?  Probably a stupid question, but I would ask at the thought.  Thank you very much for any information out there!

  Know which agency is the streaming of a debate and point your browser to the web site of this organization. So, for example if CNN is a specific debate of your browser to CNN streaming and follow the links on their page in the live stream of the debate. There is no application to download or install.

• Why are we not able to view live video on Bet America races as we have for the past 1.5 years?

  The reason why I ask, is that Firefox 21 changed where it looks for plugins, and some installers are not yet the plugin in the new location. I'll come back to this if you have Firefox 21.

  When you need a plugin Firefox says it says whoever he seeks? You have Flash; could he be looking for Windows Media Player? I don't see one on your list of plugins. Here are a few relevant articles on this plugin:

• After the update for tvOS 9.1, it cannot play Live Video Streams from the start, Breaking NHL Gamecenter Live

  Since tvOS 9.1, update when I try to play an ongoing game from the beginning, using the NHL Gamecenter Live application, it will start playing for a second and then jump to live.  Basically, it breaks the app for the way I use it.  You can save 10 seconds each time, and he will play where leave you, but if interrupt you or try to fast forward / rewind it leap backward to live again.

  Jumping to living like that can easily spoil a game showing you the advance score.  In addition, it allows me to watch a game that has already started overnight since I don't want to miss the beginning of the game and can not start from the beginning to the end of the stream.

  I contacted NHL Gamecenter Live about this and they made it the Apple TV update:

  "At this time, the new Apple TV update does not support advance fast/quick return characteristic of live broadcasts."

  Does anyone know of a way around this, or if this is a bug or design?  If it's normal then Apple has actually ruined my Apple TV after only a few weeks of use.  I really hope that's not the case.

  Has anyone else noticed this problem?  I can't find any discussion about this but it seems like a pretty major flaw for me.
