DNG does not convert the Nikon D3X files.

I'm trying to convert raw files taken with the D3X with Adobe DNG Converter v5.2.0.65 converter indicates there is no support raw files.

The D3X is listed in the Adobe site as a supported camera.  Clues as to what I'm doing wrong?

No, the link will take you to the Adobe DNG page, not page plug in Camera Raw 5.3. On the right side of this page are links to download the latest version of the converter DNG for Mac and Windows.

  • Save dialog box under does not display the list of files

    Terminal Server R2 of 2012.  Dialog box "Save as" for a user does not display the list of files.  The address bar shows the way, there is a form for the file name box, and the user can save the file successfully.  But the space that would show the files in the selected directory is empty.  There is no form for the list of files box, it's just the grey box dialog box space - that is to say, it is not that it looks like an empty folder, there is simply no display form box.

    The 'Open' dialog box appears normal, showing the list of files in the selected folder.

    I had the user close the session on the Terminal Server and access it from another PC, even if I was not expecting to make a difference, and it didn't.  I have also connected on myself and has not experienced the same problem.  So it seems to be user-specific.

    What a setting, the user has selected by mistake, or a mistake any?

    Thanks for any help.

  • DNG does not see the files

    Running Vista Pro, 64 bit with Adobe DNG Converter 8.3.0.141.

    OS is up to date with all updates.

    I used the converter DNG years so I am familiar with its operation.

    Now when I try to convert a folder of Nikon D610 naves, the DNG Converter does not all files in the folder.

    The files are there and are visible in Windows Explorer, Photo Mechanic, etc.

    The files have not been corrupted by other programs, and the DNG Converter can not see the original files on my SD card.

    When I drag naves of the folder on the DNG icon on my desktop, it is converted.

    Other that the usual windows updates it is not changed to my computer.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the DNG Converter, with the same results.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    When the DNG Converter is opened, the selected folder cannot be opened in the DNG folder tree.

  • E250 does not convert or display video files

    I've got the sansa e250.  Version V03.01.11A.  Not sure on my firmware version, I couldn't find that.  The thing is very new.  I just got it 2 days ago.  I copied and pasted video files for it, but they won't play.  They appear in the file on my computer sansa, but file said empty on my player.  I have since discovered that I need to use a Media Converter.  So I did, but when I try to convert the file it immediately said that it was an error and the converter needs to close.  Click the web help to solve the problem only stops the converter.  I click on more information about the error and that all I get is that it was a "APPCRASH"  Any ideas on what I can play video?

    Thank you

    Update the firmware on the E200, as explained here.

    The out-of-the-box version has a lot of bugs - and it's kind of sad and surprising that SanDisk is still selling them with this version.

    Make sure you have the latest Sansa Media Converter

    Try again.

    If it doesn't work, you can also try the last Rhapsody, which is made to work with the E200. A custom install so there is no media player by default.

    There are many, many video formats and the Sansa only plays like he wants.  Some may just not work. You can search the forum Media Converter in the link above to find the info on the type of file you are trying to use, or after a question here. Or call 1-866-SANDISK.

  • Does not save the compatibility of files properties

    Hello

    I am currently using Windows Vista x64bit.  A few days ago I noticed that all my files 'Compatibility settings' seem to have reset.  For example:

    Tab for "nHancer.exe", I right click on it, Selectionnezproprietes then go to compatibility , from there I would select "run this program as an administrator", pressapply, then OK.  This allows me to save a lot of time, instead of going through a right click and select "Run As Administrator" each time, I now just double click the icon.

    Please keep in mind that this is only for "nHancer.exe" but for all the files on my computer that I modified the "program compatibility" to ".exe".

    I am still current with Windows updates, I just installed some today.  I don't know why this is happening.

    Thank you for your time,

    Lucas Dziesinski

    Online, I found the following:

    Does not function correctly or it displays an error message whenever it is used, try to run it with additional administrator rights! By default, an application is not started with these additional rights, but this can be done manually by right clicking on (the shortcut to) the application and select run as administrator. Administrator rights can also be added by default by clicking with the right button on the shortcut to the application and to selectProperties, shortcut, Advanced button tab and activate the optionrun as administrator.

    Note that this speaks specifically changes to shortcuts, not the applications themselves.  Maybe if you create shortcuts and use rather than the actual files the problem will be solved.  I guess right here from what I've read, but maybe you can try on some programs and see if it makes a difference.  If so, you have your solution.  Otherwise, you have just a few shortuts to delete - but it seems like it may be worth a try.  The alternative is quickly approaching a system restore (which may in fact not solve the problem if it generally succeeds in situations like that) - but you don't really want to do this so I would at least a trial.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • Media Player does not burn the audio (wav) files on the disk, or play "" CD error ".

    Media Player was working fine until recently. Now when I hit the button "Start burn" the burn starts momentarily, the time of the audio files is displayed, but when I insert the CD in the drive, it reads 'CD error' and there is no sound. I recently installed a new security package (Webroot) but none of my other software has been affected. Tab of computability, I noticed that it is set to windows 95 (I have windows 7), but the program does not allow me to change it. I checked for driver updates, but the computer says that all drivers are current and the device works correctly. any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi Bluestreak,

    Support for the Camera raw for Sony A7R II (ILÇE-7RM2) is available in Camera Raw version 9.1.1, which is not available for Lightroom 5.7.1. We must move to Lightroom 6 or CC. However, you can update the Version of camera raw for Photoshop CS 6 and will be able to open the raw file of the camera Sony A7R II (ILÇE-7RM2).

    Below the link to the document provides more information about the update.

  • Ingest does not change the name of files

    Hello, I am trying to ingest a project who shot the 3 cameras, canon 523, canon 60 d, canon 70 d all files mov, suddenly on one day. I am trying to ingest and rename using crΘation HH-MM-SS. I put all the files in a folder before you ingest it and set it to 'Rename the file' and 'transfer of clips to destination '. When I ingest, it copies the files to the new location, but they are all always named with the name of the original file. I have tried with and without transfer clips and tried to rename different criteria such as "Custom Text" and nothing works. Always the same old file name.

    Any help? I spend a lot of time trying different things and nothing works. The possibility of multi-cam rename turned times sounds wonderful, but it does not work for me!

    Thank you!

    HI -.

    I took pictures of my Canon 70 d, copied in a folder (as you mentioned you did) and then she ingested from there. I created a new Preset to rename and used the CREATION TIME format HH-MM-SS. I activated the TRANSFER box, I also enabled the FILE RENAME box and then clicked on INGEST.

    The files copied all followed the naming convention that is appropriate, as defined in my preset.

    You can take a screenshot of your configuration of INGEST dialogue - list all the options for the FILE RENAME section? If you can send me your file rename PRESET that would be useful. To find the file rename PRESET on disk, click on the DROP DOWN MENU at the end of her rename preset selection control and choose "show in Finder/Explorer. The presets file is selected. Simply copy and paste or attach to the post on the forum - or you can send it to me directly at [email protected] if you wish.

    I can't think anything else to try for sure at this point if your response is expected in return, and we can see where we'll go from there.

    Thank you!

  • If Windows Mail does not have the e-mails & files?

    Hi all, have had to replace the laptop but we need to get the emails & files from old PC.  Anyone know where they could be held?  Have the contacts OK but need to email real if possible.

    Thank you

    [Original title: where WML holds emails & files?]

    Hi Ron!

    The normal way is:
    Mail C:\Users\[username]/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows

    To view it you must show hidden files. Do you it like this:

    • Open a Windows Explorer window.

      • Select my computer in the Start menu, for example.
    • Select Tools | ... Folder options in the menu.
      • On Windows 7, you may need to hold down the Alt key to display the menu.
    • Go to the view tab.
    • Make sure that display drives, folders and hidden files or show the hidden files and folders is selected under hidden files and folders.
      • Alternatively, you can remove the check mark from Hide protected files (recommended) operating system. To access hidden areas of the messaging applications, is usually not necessary. Protected system files are better left unseen.
    • Click OK.

  • Net Oracle does not read the tnsnames.ora file.

    I am running 11.2.0.3 on Solaris 10 SPARC x 64. I'm trying to configure oracle net for a new database on hold in order to be able to use rman duplicate to create. LDAP is what we mainly use for all of our connections and, possibly, what I could use very well for my goal of rman duplication. But, I fear that I do nothing seems to allow me to read the tnsnames.ora file.

    My SQLNET. ORA file is as follows:

    NAMES. DIRECTORY_PATH = (LDAP, TNSNAMES)

    NAMES. DEFAULT_DOMAIN = mydomain.com

    My TNSNAMES file. ORA file is as follows on both servers:

    WLDB_HERE =
    (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS_LIST =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = primary_server) (PORT = 1521))
    )

    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = standby_server) (PORT = 1521))
    )
    (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVICE_NAME = wldb_there.mydomain.com))
    )

    I have a static entry in the remote listener.ora file so I can connect to create the instance:

    SID_LIST_LISTENER =
    (SID_LIST =
    (SID_DESC =
    (GLOBAL_DBNAME = wldb_there.mydomain.com)
    (ORACLE_HOME = / u01/app/oracle/product/OraHome112)

    )
    )

    LISTENER =
    (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = standby_server) (PORT = 1521))
    )

    Permissions on my .ora files in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin are

    -rw - r - r - 1 oracle dba

    The user that I am connected to who is oracle.

    Because you have NAMES. DEFAULT_DOMAIN = mydomain.com in your sqlnet.ora, when you try to connect to "WLDB_HERE", before tnsnames.ora is read, sqlnet will transform your application in "WLDB_HERE.mydomain.com".  And that's what he's going to get.
