• Urgent: need help on problems on the iPhone after updating iOS 10 6s

  Hey there! It's my third post about the problems Ive been face on my devices after 10 updated iOS. Initially, after that I've updated, the music app was not running on my phone-all I could see was an empty screen and the APP crashed and I was redirected to the homepage in a few seconds. Tired to restart the phone, deleting and then adding the app back, nothing worked. Not at all. So I tried to restore my phone, save all content via icloud. Followed all the steps and after the restoration of the aircraft of other problems surfaced, BUT the music app still does not work.

  Now, not only the app does not work, I can no longer sync my iPhone with iTunes. Whenever I try, I get the following errors:

  (1) itunes cannot sync the iPhone connection has been reset

  (2) iTunes sync session could start.

  IF PLEASE NOTE, BEFOR RESTORE IPHONE I COULD ALWAYS SYNCHRONIZE WITH ITUNES EVEN AFTER IOS UPDATE 10 AND TRANSFER THE MUSIC ETC, BUT JUST COULDN'T NOT OPEN MUSIC APP TO PHONE-NOW I CAN'T DO EITHER!

  I have tried pretty much everything, restart both phone & iTunes, reset the network settings on my iphone, reset itunes sync history, by removing the lockdown folder, running iTunes as administrator on my PC, change my USB in corduroy, update iTunes, reinstall iTunes on PC-nothing seems to work AT ALL. And it's extremely frustrating. I can sync music/documents on my iPad after update of the device and the restaurant then (iPad also has major problems) and then play the music on it but just isn't my phone can be synchronized. It is a function important and if I can't synchronize my device is a sitting duck.

  The new update of iOS also gave my massive lag of phone. Screen freezes, apps for time-consuming, HDR photos take longer to be broken. It is just too heavy to wear.

  CCAN anyone help me please with my iTunes sync + music matters app... I really regret updating to the new iOS. Please help me.

  If you are on Windows, uninstall iTunes, uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support. Once both are uninstalled, reinstall itunes, see if it syncs with itunes then.

  You upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10?  If so, how it remains on the disk?

  If your question is about whether the operating system that is used to qualify for upgrade can be used even if it is still eligible for the upgrade, the answer is no it is essential will be blocked until the upgrade is removed during the reinstallation of the old operating system.  Then it may take wake-up phone to retrieve the old operating system license.  Also is it better to keep the old operating system using a Windows 7 System Image backup which can recover the old BONES in 20 minutes and preserves the activation.

  UPS ships a web form that you fill out, once connected to an acct? Short in Firefox form fill data, it looks like a conflict between the site / form & Fx 30. Not unusual.

  Fx start in safemode and try w/o addons, plugins. Arranges, you'll need to create the new profile & reinstall each, a couple at a time - check the operation of the site after each.

  If safe mode does NOT correct it, I would be completely uninstall Fx Control Panel, starting with the latest version from the list, then restart, then uninstall the next most recent, etc, restarting after each uninstall.

  Remove remaining program files Fx - all records of Fx.
  Reinstall a new copy of Fx 30. Before you install, close every single thing that you can, including any AV / FW - everything. Disconnect the web during installation.

  It is possible that there is a problem with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder.

  Delete the sessionstore.js file [2] and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox profile folder.

  If you see files sessionstore-# .js with a number in the left part of the name as sessionstore - 1.js then delete those as well.
  Delete sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and tab groups and opened and closed the tabs (back) to get lost, so you will need to create them again (take note or bookmarks).

  IF you install a new version of Firefox and uninstall a previous version do NOT have the option to delete settings (or however, who reads) because that will remove bookmarks and other details of all installed versions of Firefox profile.

  Firefox will try to keep your settings, including bookmarks, passwords and logins. All you need to do is normally use the option in the menu help to upgrade.

  HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF SLEEP/SHUTDOWN

  1. Download version 9 or 10 of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.
  • Navigate to HP Software and Driver Downloads site (http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html) to find the last pilot approved for your model.  Filtrer filter by version, select Microsoft Windows 8.1 on the menu drop-down.  Find the download in the category 'Driver-Chipset'  If a pilot of MEI with a version from 9 or 10 number is listed, download.  [9.5.24.1790 version 1.5 M (http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66228.exe) works for most models.]
  • If a pilot of MEI with a version from 9 or 10 number is NOT listed, download the driver appropriate directly from Intel (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=intel+management+engine).  [9.5.24.1790 version 1.5 M (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23091/Intel-ME-9-Management-Engine-Driver-for-Intel-NUC) works for most models.]
  2. Download the Package of troubleshooting Windows 10 "show or hide updates" (http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F22D5FDB-59CD-4275-8C95-1BE17BF70B21/wushowhide.diagcab).
  3. Change the Windows Update Services automatic (delayed start) parameter to the manual.
  • In Control Panel, select administrative tools, and open Services.
  • Go to Windows Update and double-click it to view its properties.
  • Click on stop to stop the service to run.
  • Change the Startup Type to manual, and then click OK.
  4. Install version 9 or 10 of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.  If you receive a warning dialog box about the replacement of a newer version of the software, accept it.
  • NOTE: You have NO need to uninstall version 11 before installing version 9 or 10.  The presence of a version of the driver is required to 'upgrade' (or demote in this case).
  5. Run the Windows 10 Troubleshooting Package 'Show or hide updates' and hide the updates of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.  (This will block your system automatically reinstall or display of updates for version 11 of the pilot).
  6. Change back the setting of Windows Update Services to manual automatic (delayed start).
  7. Restart your computer.
  8. Rejoice!  You can finally sleep and stop again.
