• Could not open the charms bar using the touchscreen

  I installed Win 64 8 months last on my laptop HP 2760p convertible.  Stylus input has always worked well, but touch has always been a little uneven and sometimes does not respond to the entry for a few seconds.  But the touch has really become problematic.  What's weird, is that he seems as follows: behavior weren't that occasionally and now almost always happens:

  Recently, I uninstalled a lot of pilots (including the removal of hidden devices / ghost) for hp quicklaunch/hotkeys, video, touchscreen, touchpad.  I basically let windows install the default drivers of the gournd upward (like touch was working well last month).  Still no go.

  If I rotate my screen in portrait mode, then the shot of charms bar actually seems to work (!) and the top of the screen (where the charms bar would live in landscape mode) will not receive touch input.  It seems therefore that the physical appearance of the screen.  However, he sometimes works in this area, so I know the screen is able to receive touch them there.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm going crazy...

  This problem appeared on my HP Sleekbook that I bought yesterday. Thought I was crazy, because the right side of the screen worked fine initially. As suggested by Robert, I have reset the calibration of the screen and that solved the problem.

  I have created several presentations to the keynote before and all with this operating system too, but for some reason when I test the game is not in the order of slides?

• My HP Photosmart C8180 All-in-One Printer does not scan the black and white film strips or slides.

  This problem occurred recently. Previously, the scanner accepted slides and strips of black and white film and scanned them without any problem. Since I've updated the OS on my iMac (I am currently using OS X 10.6.8), I contacted Applecare because I thought that it was possible that my current operating system might have some incompatibilities with the C8180. 'Expert' AppleCare then accompanied me by a uninstall/reinstall, but it has not solved the problem. AppleCare said then that the problem is no doubt HP hardware failure. I find it quite peculiar since the scanner otherwise Applecare analysis works and there is no problem with respect it print or copy.

  Your C8180 can scan slides or films fixed on the memory card.  This will allow you to test the scanning equipment.

• Vista 64-bit Black Screen of Death, with just a mobile available slider, the system does not start in safe mode.

  My system worked properly on 25 April and then something happened and now the machine comes back with "Start menu options" but will not start in one of the listed options, modes result in the same outcome.  System also starts on the Vista CD.

  System begins to boot normally, shows the tracer Green Windows at the bottom of the screen, then the mouse pointer appears and moves but the rest of the screen remains black.

  That's it, that's all what he will do.  I checked the settings of the computer and ran the diagnostic tests available and everything seems to go fine and passes all the tests.

  I worked on my own computers for over 20 years and never been stumped before, but I must say this is a first, and I have no idea what to try to do it now.

  See if there is a way to tecover clean your data before doing a restore to conditions of factory that will wipe the drive of all.  You can use Knoppix http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html with a good ISO as Copier: http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm as well as a blank CD (which you will need to do on another computer).  Starting on this disc and lla should give you enough access to the system (if you do not have any other means) to backup your important data.

  So since you seem to have no other alernatives, you can try retoring the original factory computer options. However, if it is a hardware problem as could very well be the case, you can still encounter problems after even this drastic step.  Then you will need to consider in a reputable computer repair shop (NOT Geek Squad or or a any of these big store centers) or maybe even go back to the manufacturer for repair.   Check out several options and compare the costs, quality and guaranteed and then make your best decision.

How to add applications to use my charm hand.  I synced licenses and went into the app store and the new apps which none has solved the problem. • Drag notes - is it all as well as to keep the notes for the slide selected in the option window for all projects when you open Captivate?

  Does anyone know a way to always have drag selected Notes for every time that Captivate is launched?  We have 8 Captivate.

  I guess a bit what you want exactly, may be wrong. Want to see the Notes Panel drag immediately, in the dock at the bottom with panels but face-to-face?

  If so, please go to UI Expert (check the 4th option in preferences, General settings "Enable workspaces custom... ». You need to restart Captivate. Create a workspace (you have only the classic workspace) where you show the slide notes into an open and active low docking station. If you keep this open workspace, the next time you see the Notes slide immediately.

  I did NOT remove online learning of resource files to be updated (according to the instructions of update - that of course person reads really :-)) but have done since.

  I saved and reopened the file some time without success.

  Slides were copied back to a question pool a couple of times.

  That question is on several slides.  I can live with that, but worry that it could lead to greater things (not better).

  Interestingly, the film dressing is BLUE while a post here, said that only BLACK is possible

  I just got a conditional action which did not work if I he attributed to on drag the output, but it does not work if I assign it to a button.

  When we talk about advanced actions let you always only to use the "On Exit" event when you know that the reading head will reach the last image of a slide, which is certainly not always the case. Please check if you don't have a button or other interactive object on this slide that will prevent default action of navigation on ways to an object that navigation will be the scope of the suspension point of this object, and that the playhead has never reached the last image. The fact that you mention this tip action is functional from a button, confirms in a way my suspicion.

• Notes slide disappear at the end of the slide

  Thanks in advance to have a look at the following question:

  I am using Captivate 5 on Mac. Especially with speech synthesis. TTS works very well. It's the score of the slide. With skin controls I can switch between show and not the note of the slide presentation. But at the end of the slide, notes disappear. I need to stay, for learners can read the text, as long as they want. I tried to stop the slide with a button, but the note continues to be carried out. Otherwise, I created the individual buttons on a slide for the show and the other to hide a text caption. Works fine, but the slide without the option to stop progress. Next alternative is to use advanced actions. That works very well to show and hide the text, but there is a lot of work for all slides. Is there a better way? Ideally, I would like to use the skin, toggle the button show-no view, and the text remains at the end of the slide.

  Side note: the neospeech and loquendo TTS are great. I would hope that Adobe offers more licenses speech soon.

  Just right click on the layer of the audio file of any slide with audio and select subtitling in the context menu.  In Cp5 there is also a button for captioning on the slide Notes tab.  If you selected slide Notes text CC, this button should be active.

  You need to break lines of text, as shown in the slide Notes Panel.  You will need to use some trial and error to find how many words you can fit on a single line with your specific font settings.  The timing is completely controlled in the Audio dialog box slide by dragging the markers for each line of text is displayed.  These markers determine where on the audio track each line appears in the CC text panel during execution.

  If you're not in 11g and you have at least a few options of structures that you want to try and extract, you can make use of the exception rowtype_mismatch in intercepting and trying to get in a different structure until you find, start by nesting PL/SQL exception... the end. blocks.

• Videos inserted into the slide, but do not play is not in the browser. I use (1020 HD) MP4 videos from 1.5 MB to 3MB.

  I'm new to version 8 of Captivate reactive and has created a course which with little video files. These videos are in .mp4 (HD 1024 format) version. When I visited these video files in Design view - they play in preview mode. However, the video files are not rendered when I check on mobile devices. I'm doing something wrong?  The steps I am following to insert videos are:

  1. Select multimedia > video

  2. resize the video to adjust the sizes

  Agree with Anthony. you need to test not only the project, but the MP4 itself from a Web server if you experience these symptoms... Ideally the same Web server you deliver the content of.

  Some Web servers are not configured correctly for the delivery of media (i.e. ' MIME Types'). Otherwise, if properly Setup, the media will get on the desktop...

• Slide Show does not show the #1 slide, start on #2

  After months of work, we finally got the desktop version of this fenced site. Now, we are copying the entire site to phone format, which means hours and hours of resize each part of the site.

  The home page is a slideshow simple 'Hero', with the type and links on each slide. It works great, that is, until it is moved to the site of phone.

  Nevermind, it is fixed. But seriously, what HASSLE.

  The procedure we used to reorder the slides has been:

  1. move the first slide (which was now LAST) in the last position (moving the trigger)

  2. make a new slide empty by clicking the sign «+»

  3. go to the far left slide by selecting its trigger, select everything manually (piece by piece), cut all of the selected items, and then go to the last slide and glue in position.

  4. return to the first slide (now empty) and remove its trigger, which removes this slide.

  -Repeat until all the slides except the REAL everything first glide are moved - now the sign '+' is after the last slide in Muse, which is where it SHOULD be, and now the FIRST slide appears FIRST, as it should.

  Ugh.

  Still, I would like to know why this happened in the first place, since we have started with the first slide and resized elements successively, one slide at a time, in order. We have never rearranged no slides when we their copied as the composition of the version of office to the version of the phone, and we have resized each of them in order, from first to last.

• Can not find the driver for Canoscan Lide 60

  Have you tried re-loading Windows 7 x 64 driver, who has worked previously. Driver Windows 8 is not available for my Canon Scanner.

  Follow the steps to run in compatibility mode:

  (a) access to the start screen

  (b) press Windows key + C on your keyboard to show the charms (if you have a touch screen: touch the right edge of your screen and slide your finger to the center of the screen to display the bar of charms)

  (c) search for Troubleshooting, click settings in the right-hand column.

  (d) click on troubleshooting. Click run programs made for previous versions of Windows

  (e) click on Next, select not listed. Click Next

  (f) click Browse and select the driver file you downloaded.

  (g) click on Next, click program troubleshooting

  (h) check the program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won't install or run now

  (i) click next , select the latest OS known functional for this driver (probably Windows 7)

  (j) click Next

  Let us know the status.

• AirPlay works do not on the Yamaha device after upgrade iOS10

  After getting the update to iOS10, my Plus 6 iPhone no longer works with my receiver (RX-V679) Yamaha, which has AirPlay connectivity (audio). Before the upgrade of the iOS10, the AirPlay feature worked perfectly, and now, when I tried to connect my receiver, after 20 seconds, displayed an error message when trying to choose the secondary speaker (Yamaha device) on music app.

  Wow, you'd think that Apple would make a mention of this when they release a new iOS and make such a change...
