Do not sync in Lightroom

Lightroom could not synchronize after that I did a restore of my MBP. He hung on the left about 2 400 photos to sync. I deleted the data under Preferences > mobile Lightroom hoping that the reset, but in vain. No it will simply not be synchronized.

You reinstall Lightroom after restoring?

Suggest you follow the instructions below:

  • Stop Lightroom
  • Open Finder
  • Click the go menu > choose go to folder
  • Type ~/library and click Go
  • Follow the path: Caches, Adobe, Lightroom, sync data
  • Rename sync.lrdata to old.lrdata - sync
  • Launch Lightroom and select synchronization and check if you are able to synchronize.

    I have been using lightroom for 1-2 years now after moving to Aperture (already used on the PC for a week). I have about 140 000 pictures and videos on it, of which 95 000 are on lightroom mobile (apparently 90 videos online).

    I love it and I'm frustrated with these 'X Sync photos' on the left. Usually, I had some left of synchronization and collections quickly get photos online, but this isn't the case. I now have 3000 + photos waiting for synchronization (for the most part by adjustment for the photos I guess) and 1 new collection that I created yesterday evening (as there are 10 h) that contains previously downloaded photos no doubt only (and which are online) are simply not showing on my iphone Mobile with Lightroom or the web interface.

    What are the proposals? Can I send a diagnosis form to Adobe to watch? Please do not suggest to remove the file from .ircat to computer synchronization, did before and what I see on the forum is simply not helping issues in sync, I also check the web interface, but I almost 100 000 pictures I looked more later thousands (when I imported all was synchronized) and no. blackened photographs.

    I want to use Lightroom Mobile as much as possible, but it has a lot of problems or is so slow (by the way, I have 50Mbps download and download 5 Mbps). Sometimes, nothing moves for days.

    I'd love to send you any diagnostic file that you want to solve this problem. Really a concern when it should be a smooth experience.

    I think Lightroom should include at least a list of photos that are being synchronized for troubleshooting purposes. This seems to be a common question "X photos not sync for days or stuck.

    Hi Jeff,

    When you do a new collection in Office LR I select generally all the thumbnails in this collection and build smart preview on the fly. In the menu: click on library > Previews > build intelligent surveys. I score then the collection for synchronization, and which seems to speed things up. Give it a try.

    Once you have created a watermark, you must apply that created watermark when exporting the image from Lightroom.

Currently, I am doing this in my Dropbox camera having read and use the WiFi, sync all the new photos in a Dropbox folder.     I recently downloaded Lightroom Mobile, which has the ability to import new photos of the camera directly on Lightroom Mobile. This logic for RAW files because they are huge, but what about regular JPEGs?

    My question is, if someone sets up Lightroom Mobile to sync in this way (the iPhone, camera-> Lightroom-> Office of Lightroom Mobile), it synchronizes the original photo (high quality) on your desktop, or just a smart preview? I wonder if I can now eliminate the Dropbox sync and just use Lightroom Mobile instead.

    When you import photos from your camera via Lr Mobile, then the original is synchronized to Lr Deskop. But when you open the picture in Lr Mobile you will see a smaller kind of intelligent preview. Hope that answers your question. -Guido

  • Why Lightroom 5.6 stopped mobile sync with Lightroom?

    All of a sudden Lightroom 5.6 stopped mobile sync with Lightroom. I created 3 new collections that I need to sync... and Lightroom for desktop computer is just sitting there saying sync 28 pictures (of which there are 39 to synchronize) and their synchronization does not despite being connected and saying sync is turned on.  What is going on?

    Could you try to delete the sync.lrdata file, and then restart LrD. It would restart/refresh sync (metadata only).

    Remove the Sync.lrdata can solve everything that is the question.  Or, at least, could trigger to reproduce. So to remove the Sync.lrdata start Lr and wait until he either synchronize or gets stuck again and creates a new diagnostic log that can at this stage we hope to provide some clues.

    On Mac, it's to /Users/Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/Sync Data / Sync.lrdata

    On the victory, it would be in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\Sync Data\Sync.lrdata

    You can trigger the journal diagnostig through Desktop LR-Mobile with Lightroom > preferences, and when you hold down the ALT key, you will notice a diagnostic log button to generate

    I understand that, after the update your iPhone to iOS 10, you had some problems with your notes, do not sync with other devices. I know it's important to have your information available on any device you use, so I'm happy to help you.

    If use you iCloud for synchronize your notes, and then connect to iCloud.com and see if your notes are sync to iCloud at all.

    We want to, on your iPhone, make sure you create notes in the right folder. Open the Notes app, and then tap left arrow in the upper left corner of the app. Make sure that you have the appropriate folder selected here when entering new tickets.

    If your notes are not yet the timing, we will try to switch your Notes and turn it back on. To make this opening settings > iCloud. Disable notes, restart your iPhone, and then turn on again them.

    As I went to iOS 10 I noticed that a few songs I had bought on iTunes and a few songs that I had moved into my CD music have not synchronized to music.

    I get the symbol of the cloud next to the song and can only listen to songs if I am on wifi.

    I went and re - sync the phone several times and still no luck.

It's a bit unclear exactly how you have configured devices, but if you are currently using iCloud Music Library (whether for the music of Apple or iTunes game), you would not sync your music from iTunes directly. All of this would be available via Apple iTunes/music game for broadcast, with an option to download a local copy for offline listening.     Is it possible that you used another Apple ID to buy songs that are used to synchronize?  These songs are probably more old purchases, because iTunes Store did not use DRM (copy protection) on the music files since 2009.  So, maybe you had an old Apple ID back then you are not currently using...

    You can check by selecting one of the songs (which doesn't sync to the iPod) in your iTunes library.  Right click it and get the information.  On the information window, go to the file tab.  It should show the purchased by here.  What is the Apple ID, allows you to authorize the computer?

    If this isn't the case, you must use the command allow this computer again and enrolled her other identifying Apple (and its password).  A computer can be allowed with several identifiers of Apple.

    Thanks for your post today in Apple Support communities. I see that documents which are synchronized on iCloud computer of Sierra of macOS are not sync on your iPhone. I know it's a great feature to have all your synchronized documents. I'll be more than happy to help.

    Because documents are correctly synchronized from the Mac to iCloud.com, allows to get their sync correctly to the iPhone. Lets go to settings > iCloud > the iCloud player on and off. Once it is off, exit the settings. Then lets turn it back on. It might take a few moments to all turn on again and start the synchronization.

    Check if the documents are appearing. If this is not the case, let know us and we will be happy to help you further.

    Whenever I try to sync my photo albums regular on my iPhone with the newly updated iOS 10, photos sync but not displayed in albums.

    They show in the pictures under different dates tab, but not in the albums section in the appropriate album titles the they are synced with.

    Ive never had this problem until the update to iOS 10 today.

    Help, please! Given these photos sorted into albums is a necessity for me!

    I have a problem with my iPhone 6 do not sync with iTunes. I tried many fixes nothing works.

    When connecting my iPhone to my laptop via the USB port, it will load. But iTunes won't recognize the device. I got around this before creating a separate playlist (access by holding SHIFT when opening iTunes), as my wife and I both use the same laptop computer for iTunes. But this no longer works and the laptop does not recognize the iPhone on any playlists. I tried the following:

    -Change the USB port

    -change the usb cable

    -reset the two devices (hard reset on iPhone)

    -allowing the radiation and authorizing on itunes

    -J' chose to allow the laptop to access the data and photos on the iPhone

    Someone at - it ideas? I am at a total loss after spending 45 minutes on this last night.

    Are you on Windows?  If so, try to uninstall and reinstall iTunes (later).

  • contacts in messages app DISAPPEAR (do not sync to icloud?)

    I noticed recently that the contacts that I create in the iMessage on my iphone application (by going to the conversation > Details > (phone number) info > create a new contact) is not sync to iCloud or whatever it is. I have no idea where these contacts will because that's where it gets weird.

    If I ever want to text one of these contacts, I just start a new conversation in the iMessage application, type their name and their contact appear

    But if I wanted to call, if I went to the phone application and typed in their name nothing would leap upward. If I went to the app contacts one typed their name in anything would jump upward. There is literally no trace of the any of these contacts outside of the messages on my iphone app.

    You synchronize your contacts with other services, e-mail or cloud service? If you open Contacts on your device, if you look in the upper left corner, does show all Contacts, or are they showing? It is possible that your contacts are stored in a different location, if you look at any of your e-mail accounts, they turned on Contacts?

    I'm under Lion with iTunes 12.2.2.25 and my new iPhone 6s more will not sync.  Unfortunately, I can't spend the MacBook to El Capitan due to age.  iPhone syncs with El Capitan (just tested this, do not) it seems crazy to me that my Mini iPad will sync, running the same iOS but my phone won't.  Help?

    12.2.2.25 is obsolete.

    Then sync your iPhone.

    Best to disconnect the iPhone from your Mac during the update process.

    1. If your iPod is connected to your computer, unplug it.
    2. Move the switch on iPod shuffle OFF. When set to Off, you will not be able to see the Green Strip.
    3. Wait ten seconds.
    4. Put it on one of the game. You will be able to see the Green Strip.
