  The procedure below can help solve the problem.  This is not a known solution but something for you to try.

  1 left-click on Start
  2 - right click on computer
  3 - left click on properties 4 - left click on Advanced system settings
  5 - running , click settings
  6. left click on the parameters of Performance data
  7 - click on TURN DEP FOR ESSENTIAL WINDOWS PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS ONLY.
  8 - click apply and then click OK.

  UAC: (User Account Control)
  Open Control Panel and type in the user account in the search box. You will see the link for "turn User Account Control (UAC) or not". Until it clicks. Uncheck the box and restart your computer.

  Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

• El Capitan upgrade; minimize the Dock lost active corners,

  I upgraded to El Capitan and the corners and the ability to get out of the docking station if it is reduced.  The Dock be swell if I uncheck "hide" to keep it.  Initially, it seemed to return when I reinstalled the Kensington trackball control app.  Now, I don't know which was the problem.  Trackball sounds great, but since I restarted, I can't make these functions return.

  I tried to kill the dock in the Terminal, then kill the plist Dock as well, but nothing is.  I would like ANY ideas or help, because I'm too used to my iMac in the immortal words of Steve, 'Just work'.

  The Toshiba Service Station is a stand-alone application and can be downloaded from the Toshiba driver page
  The cfFncEnabler seems to be a program that controls the FN keys.
  So, you will need to reinstall the tools that control the FN keys

  As far as I know this is a utility of Toshiba Flash Cards and VAP.

  also this page mentions that are all 4 ports usb, usb docking station 3

  but when I insert a usb device in them that works on usb mode 2

  computer laptop usb 3 ports works well by themselves, but host usb ports 3 station always operate in mode usb 2...

  and also there's no guarantee

  so is it possible to fix or at least try to solve this problem?

  So after a few windows security updates my docking station ethernet port stopped working, it does not detect a physical cable connected. I've upgraded to the latest firmware for the dock but no luck, stops on the port to save energy also. If I connect the cable directly to my X 1 using the adapter of the eth-miniDP I get connectivity very well using the same cable and B end port.

  Right-click on my computer and select Manage

  Click on Device Manager

  Click on the + sign next to the printer

  Right-click on your printer and select uninstall

  Click on the + sign next to imaging devices

  Right-click on your printer and select uninstall

  Click on the + sign next to Bus USB controllers

  Right-click on your printer and select uninstall

  Close the Device Manager

  Restart the computer and allow Windows to reinstall the drivers

  Go to HP.com and search for software updates

  Hello! There is a problem with my Dell place Pro 11. The Tablet does not work in conjunction with a docking station with a keyboard with battery docking station. The problem with the docking station, is only the work of power and audio connector. More is running, no ports (HDMI, USB, LAN). The problem with the keyboard, the touchpad and keyboard do not work.   same problem here. Both my dock and travel keyboard no longer works. Only my dock workload but not USB, etc.

  I've updated my 7130 windows 10 with the latest bios drivers but no luck.

  Time for dell start with patches!

• Problem with laptop and docking station

  Hello.

  We have two laptops with two docking station. Two laptops with docking station have the same problem:

  When the computer is off and its still connected to the docking station, the fan in the computer to run very fast starting. The fan turns on for a while. That's a lot of noise, which can be annoying to the person using the office. When the computer is turned on, the fan runs at normal speed. If you disconnect the computer from the docking station, the fan stops immediately. Any ideas?

  Its been a while that we have solved this problem, but I forgot to post the solution.

  We sent the laptops in for repair. They changed the motherboard and fans. This solves the problem.

• Docking Station Ports does not

  Docking station: KQ752AA

  Power supply: REPLACEMENT-LA03

  Operating system: MS/Win7 Pro (64-bit)

  After the migration of the MS/XP USB ports on the laptop and docking station is no longer works when the laptop is placed in the docking station.  At startup, the system hangs with a request to press the ESC key for startup. Awesome!

  In stand-alone mode, laptop boots-up with all the USB ports work.  Suspect that I'm missing a driver who probably did not install during the migration process.  Help!
