documentation on how to edit a BPM presentation

Anyone know where I could find documentation on how to edit a presentation BPM?

The BPM 10 g tutorial for new users describes how to create a presentation, but little about how to edit.

How do you change the page layout? Add text descriptions? Change the name of a field - I try to type in the existing text fields? etc. There is a tool box, but drag / drop do not seem to work.

The best way to think of presentations object BPM is tabular. The table has rows and columns inside the presentation with individual cells in them. A single object BPM presentation design element widget (text, text box, Date Picker, Radio button, etc.) is placed inside a specific cell.

By dragging a widget design element in a presentation:

You have problems by dragging a widget in the presentation is because you can't drag a widget in a cell which is already filled with another widget. Remove the widget in the cell, and you will be able to drag the new widget in the empty cell. If you drag a widget in a cell, you must then associate the widget of the field with a specific attribute for the object of BPM. With the widget still selected in the presentation, click on the 'Properties' tab on the right-> click the field to the right of the property ' Data referenced ' and select the attribute of the BPM object you want to link to this widget.

Remove a widget in the cell of the presentation:

-right mouse click on the widget-> 'delete '.

Replace a widget existing a new widget in the cell of the presentation with another widget:

-right mouse click on the widget-> 'Replace'-> 'Élément Form'-> choose the new widget and the answer 'Yes' when prompted

Adding a label:

-Drag the item display 'Text' to the Panel in an empty cell. Click on the Properties tab on the right to change its alignment and fonts features

Change a name:

-Double click on the label on the presentation and edit it directly on the presentation

Insert a new over an existing line:

-right mouse click on a cell in an existing line-> "Layout"-> "Add a line"-> "OK".

Insert a new column right of an existing line:

-right mouse click on a cell in an existing line-> "Layout"-> "Insert column"-> "OK".

Undo a change just to make a presentation:

-Press Ctrl-z

    1. When you upgrade existing RCU 11.5 + FP, UCR 11.6 using the utility of PSA, you should be able to continue to use the old processes/tasks created using old rcu 11.5 + FP. Because it's the very basic thing, we expect to work. Usually, I have not seen, there are NO major changes to the DB level of a version of another type of 11.4 to 11.5 11.5 + FP, etc. 11.6. When you mentioned that they do not function correctly, you did, get all db old processes such as some columns not found error or something in that sense. If you have Oracle Support, I'd definitely recommend to open a pension case and make them take a look.

    2. Yes, the other option that have already explored you is to create a NEW REVISION of the old process and you will have 2 revisions both running. If really necessary, I'll go in this direction. If you spend just old code workflow to use the new libraries of 11.6, then it should work. BUT as part of the upgrade, if you change the workflow code and add a few new components as any new task, gateways or certain services, so definitely come back with a new revision. Because the old processes will not be one of these new components and they can fail.

    Just as in Production make sure, you have some utility to perform a backup nightly full RCU Database (soa_infra, mds, etc.). There are many tools out there from Oracle. And it is at the level of DB and nothing to do with soa or weblogic. Worst case, after the deployment of new code if something goes wrong, you can reset the code as well as the UCR database.

    The button "scan" on the window of HP solutions says that you can "analyze and edit text with or without graph documents." Also, this website solutions indicates that I can edit documents that I scan.  But the 3 output to 'scan' options to create a PDF file, to send a PDF file or to create a Tiff file. I think that all of these types of files are not editable. I was not able to find an option to create text or Word files.

    Software that comes with the printer HP Photosmart Plus B209a there OCR package in it. However, we can always install it by simply following procedure below:

    (1) perform a disk cleanup. (Start > all programs > Accessories > system tools > disk cleanup)

    (2) open the link below and save it on desktop OCR software

    FTP://ftp.HP.com/pub/Printers/ocragent/hpcom_OCR_140_003.exe

    (3) run the file after the download is complete.

    (4) if the error is displayed to indicate "this update does not support all of the HP device... ", do not close the message. It is very important.

    (5) open file folder

    (6) file open 7z

    (7) find the folder "ocr_web_pack".  Copy this folder on the desktop.

    8) click OK in the error message

    (9) open the "ocr_web_pack" file that is copied on the desktop and double-click "SETUP. "EXE" file

    I don't know anything about Macintosh or its files, but if it isn't
    a standard .txt file, simply read it in Word, and then do a backup with regard
    Save it as a .doc or .docx file.

    If you talk about form fields in the Widget, then Yes, you can change them by going to the tab manage and click Edit opposite the name of the Widget under the Widgets section.
