  I watched a number of methods to create a bootable USB key and they are all pretty convoluted.  It was easy to follow, but the only problem is that the site that you provide to get the HP utility requires authentication, so it was a dead end for me.

  However I took your advice, google it up and came across an even easier recipe: www.bay-wolf.com/usbmemstick.htm.  I followed it, created the boot USB disk and * correctly * loaded the new BIOS.

  Note: I rearrange the drives boot sequence in the original BIOS before so he found the USB boot before the HARD drive.   Be sure to reset this order after the update.  en.Community.Dell.com/.../19883243.aspx

  It can also be a problem with the game running through Facebook server.  I noticed a difference in great step lately with Farmville on Facebook compared to when I started playing.  You should check to see if it seems to be the same on the other PC.  I noticed the problem on several machines in different places, so I know that it was not limited to a PC.

  You will need to enable the touchpad on the laptop itself.

  Find the area of the touch pad, you will find a button to enable or disable the touchpad.

  If the step above doesn't, try this step.

  Go to control panel > mouse > device settings tab
  Click (or to disable)

  

  Notes:
  On some models, there is a keyboard shortcut to enable or disable the touchpad. For example, ACER, just do Fn + F7.
  You can click on Reset device if none of these solutions work.

  If you still can't touch pad to work, you will need to contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer for more information.

  I have a Bluetooth Notebook 5000 mouse that has a weird problem. It is well connected to my computer bluetooth, and I have all the updated drivers. Since last week, when I move the mouse, the cursor does not move (on the screen), but when I click on (either on the middle left, right, even scroll to the top and bottom), it works.

  My guess is that the laser under the mouse thing is probably broken. I tried different surfaces to see if I got any kind of reaction, but none works.

  Now the other problem is that the PID (as well as other numbers) number under the mouse is partially illegible due to wear. I can't see the last part of the PID.

  Anyone got any ideas? And is there a way that it could be replaced under warranty, even with an incomplete PID?
