My problem was that I couldn't see a link in the menu between the Menu scenes 2 template and the main Menu. It turns out that the link was there all the time (a sideway arrow just above the main Menu link) but I thought he was part of the link from the main Menu and never clicked on it.   Get you in the "LUT Utility" filter.  Apply it to an element, in the Inspector, it will allow you to load an external file of LUT.

  I suggest that you try to print from a web browser that is different to see if that helps. If this does not work, the problem may come from this Web page that you are printing from.

  You can also run the print and Scan Doctor to fix problems printing or scanning.
