I did everything that follows, and the wheel continues to mock me:
- Updated the current version of the CC desktop application.
- Uninstalled all the CS5 apps and 11 elements
- Restarted my computer and restart the desktop CC application.
- Delete the opm.db file, restarted my computer and restart the desktop CC application.
- Delete the contents of the OOBE folder and restarted the desktop CC application.
If anyone can help me with this, I would be very happy.
Chris, I advise you to contact the customer service where the agent can remotely on your machine and solve the problem.

Computer does not open a floppy disk. He continues to say that they need to get in shape
my machine does not open a floppy disk. He continues to say that they need to be formatted (even brand new ones that really don't need). so I told him to get in shape. within 30-45 seconds, a screen appears and tells me that the disk cannot be formatted. There is no help menu or solution for this that I can find anywhere. I run Win XP Home Edition with Service Pack 3. the format screen shows my NTFS file system and the disk is listed in RAW format, but there is no way to change this. Help! Lots of info on those records that must be transferred to a more modern storage unit.
Try to get data from old floppy disks can be a nightmare. For starters, the magnetic media is not particularly stable and the disk may simply have deteriorated.
More likely, however, that you use in the problem of the "media descriptor block.

There seems to be at least 3 solutions of workarounds for this problem:1. find a Win95 computer with a floppy drive and use it to read the data and transfer it to support more modern.
2. use a disk sector editor as described in 140060 KB (which may or may not work, depending on whether your current disk can read the disc even if Windows allows it to try)
3 install the driver of 'mode 3' discussed in the following thread: http://tinyurl.com/cs5a5rp (Yes, viaarena link still works).

Please try following steps
(1) close adobe every process in activity monitor (creative cloud, sync Core, CC library, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(5) open the library of the application and delete the creative cloud,
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly

I just downloaded an adobe adds on and was hoping to use it but does not have my creative cloud. I have never had to open a session before, and this is my first time trying to connect. The window is stuck on the spinning wheel once I connect.

Update interrupted CD player. Now does not open app
Hello.
I was reading a file pdf and update CD player at the same time where the update was interrupted. When I tried to open the pdf file later I got this window:
I get this window if I click on buttons:
If I click ok, the window will close. If I click on reopen I get the first window again. I tried to reinstall the CD player but I thought that the application is already installed on my computer. I tried to remove the CD player but unable to do so.
Help, please.

Creating cloud Apps Panel does not open
I have the creative cloud to open and am able to navigate between tabs home, assets, Stock and community, but when I try to open the application I get a loading image. The loading image was present for hours with appearing happy. I tried cloud closing and reopening, I always get the loading image.

The creative cloud App does not open properly
On my Macbook Pro with an i7, after the machine has been sleeping and I open the lid... The shortcut of creative cloud at the top seems normal, but when I click it it just waits and never opens the menu. This happens every time now. I found a solution: I have quite to the program, and then reopen it. It's not elegant, but it works.
