Does not start with Photoshop; Adobe cleaning not clean...

For a few weeks, my creative suite was considering I tested photoshop...

Now my creative cloud tells me that the trial version has expired...

I launched adobe cleaner, but I have these messages in the log file:

[Fri 04 18:17:11 dec 2015] Removal of root registry: HKLM key:Software\Wow6432Node\Adobe\CSXS.4 value: SmsManifestBaseURL

[Fri 04 18:17:11 dec 2015] Exception during deleting key: (2, 'RegDeleteValue', "the file sp\xe9cifi\xe9 is not found.")

I tried to install to uninstall several times, nothing works...

Hmm, if you are unable to connect, possibility of corruption Adobe Application Manager.

As per instructions above provide control over the mentioned files.

Rename the c: SLStore > ProgramData > Adobe.

ProgramData folder will be hidden by default, enable the option Show files and folders.

Then following the procedure, instead of simple uninstall and reinstall.

Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud application.

If you face any problem try CC Uninstaller:

After removing Adobe Creative Cloud applications, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Step 2:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

Step 3:

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

Type below command and press the enter"" key.

AppData

Then go to the Local > Adobe.

Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.


Step 4:

Temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall.


Step 5:

Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

It will start the update process.

Once completed, it will launch Adobe Creative Cloud app.

Sign IN and check.
