Double channel playback

Hi guys,.

I need help on registration data dual channel.

I can view and record a single string every time, but I need to show them at the same time.

Thank you!

  • Channel playback TDMS property

    Hello

I managed to read the property of length of channel DDHN at the level of channel using the name of the property "NI_ChannelLength". Although in the file, it is called "length".

I wonder if there's a mysterious name for the property of "Strings" which gives the number of channels in each group at the level of the group.

In the worst case, I might have to write and then read back. But I wanted to keep TDMS file clean and not double field that already exists!

    Any comments?

    See you soon

Only use the TDMS list content and provide the name of the group.  It returns the names (and therefor the number) of channels in this group.

  • Double speed playback, normal site - possible?

Before that I have to present this as a feature request, I thought I would ask if this is already possible.

When I press 'L' twice so that in my calendar, my video play douible speed.  This is useful for examining what said a presenter, but it is difficult to decipher the words with the field went up an octave.  Is it possible to play the video at double speed, but maintain the normal height?  How about reading at a fraction of the double, say, 150% speed?

    J. D.

Is it possible to play the video at double speed, but maintain the normal height?  How about reading at a fraction of the double, say, 150% speed?

Not that I am aware of. Yes; Try shift + L (for the play of forwards) and SHIFT + J (for reverse playback). Start playback with L and then press SHIFT + L; that should increase the speed in 25% increments, and you get a number of steps before it at the top of. You can do it from a paused state, also good and fractional get more slow-as-reading in real time - which is very useful, as well.

  • Double channel FP - TC problem

Hi, we have a problem with the FP-TC-J module, sometimes to the point of field is not perceived (MAX Returns a message "one or more specified attributes either do not exist..")

The first time I try to move the module and this work very well, I corrected the module and work.

The next day, the module have the same problem, I try to move without good results, we try to change the location of the module, but say MAx is not possible (seems this module is not known by the system).

My question is how is possible whether the module is bad?

    Thanks for replying.

    Hi Nicola,

the FP-TB-10 is designed to restart whenever it detects a new two-channel module since they are replaceable hot (quick flash of the indicator light). If there is an empty spot next to a module dual channel (a module HERE or AO and TC), FP-TB-10 Terminal Base may incorrectly detect that module dual channel. Since you have also two digital module, you can put the digital module next to the empty housing and see if that fixes the problem.

I would like to know if it works.

    Best regards

  • GPIB error message (VISA?) when you access a power meter HP E4419B (double channel)

    Hello

I used a GPIB-USB-B adapter to access the E4419B meter, via a Calibration of IFR application software. The required initial standard test equipment is an E4418B. During the initialization process, there is always a message:

"Initialization error: initialization of the HP4418 Power meter, error error: interface type is valid, but the number of specified interface is not configured."

He was waiting for me that software has always controlled the unit later in some way (i.e., cal sensor, etc.). But that would creat some other comm failure in the race.

I would like to know, if E4418B and E4419B are compatible with each other insofar as NEITHER Visa is concerned, and it is ' has some sort of screening OR the part number? The software itself is not all flexbility to do.

    Thanks in advance.

    Simon

    Simon,

For the 19 do not work which suggests that there are no channel selection. Looking at the programming specification for E4418/E4419 (Yes, it the same specification) suggest the same programming codes the only difference is that the E4419 has two channels.

The other would probably be during initialization and query software maybe be looking for E4418 instead of E441x and ignoring the last character.

  • How can I hear all my multiclip channels?

I have a multiclip with 7 audio tracks. In fact, only 7 LAV mics. When I cut my multiclip in a sequence, all sounds very good, I can hear all the tracks at once. But, when I go into the multicilp and the game, I can hear the first two tracks. Audiometers show that all tracks are replaying and have appropriate levels and if I double click on one of the runways to bring it in the source monitor, I can listen to it OK, but reading in the timeline all but 1 & 2 are just silent.

I guess it has something to do with trying to achieve multi-channel playback on my system, but is possible around this so I can hear a stereo mix of a multichannel multiclip?

This is because your audio for the Source sequence is multi-channel, you have probably just two speakers, so there is nowhere for the sound channels go past 2.

Redo the multicam Source sequence, this time using a stereo Master.

  • HP 15-af153ur: is dual channel ready? 15 - af153ur

    Morning!
(Card mother, cpu or something else) take in dual-channel mode memory?
I am trying to set up two identical memory sticks, but cpu - z always indicates that the memory works in single channel.
The same memory sticks worked quite good in double channel on the other laptop.
I tried to set up two identical sticks of laptop (both are 15-af153ur), and there is also no effect.

    Could you help with it?

    Thank you

    Michael

    Hello

It supports the dual channel, given that the processor of AMD E2-6110 memory controller has only a single channel for both RAM memory modules (DIMM)

    http://www.CPU-world.com/CPUs/PUMA/AMD-E2-series%20E2-6110.html

Memory controllerThe number of controllers: 1
    Memory channels: 1
Width (in bits) of the channel: 64
    Memory support: DDR3L-1600
    DIMMs per channel: 2

  • Dual channel mode is not enabled on the Satellite P50T-B-10V

    Hello

I recently bought a laptop by Satellite P50T-B-10V.

Everything works fine, but I saw in the software helped that it s not activated for 1The memory channel mode, although the chipset support this mode.

How can I solucionate what mind?

    + Memoria driver +.
    + Type Dual Channel (128-bit).
    + Modo Activo single channel (64-bit) +.

I hope that your answers! Thank you!

Dual channel mode can be activated manually.
Mode dual channel will be activated and used automatically if all of the requirements be fulfilled.

    What does that mean?
Well, to use the two channels, you need two memory modules and both modules need to support dual channel.

The Satellite P50T-B-10V seems to be equipped with a module of 8 GB RAM
    http://www.Toshiba.PT/laptops/satellite/satellite-P50-b/satellite-P50-b-10V/

This is why the double channel does not appear to be used.

  • Adding channel CJCS virtual/physical to existing task

    Hello

I have a NI 9211 TC modules that I use to acquire temperatures through LabVIEW 2013 SP1, I have an existing task created in MAX.  I want to follow the CJC temperature sensor as well.  After looking at several positions, I discovered how to assign the physical channel hidden in a virtual channel in LabVIEW and then view the CJC value.  BTW...  Where there is under good which shows how to do this for the cDAQ series... find the 'AI Temp sensor built' is not clear (look under "analog EntrΘe, more").  But that part works now.

-->, I want to add this channel CJC to my existing job, but I get an error.  See CJC1.vi

Or, as an alternative, I would like to acquire the CJC temperature and acquire temperatures 8 other channels and then combine them somehow for display, recording, etc.

Note: I want to keep the data in the format of the waveform, so they work as part of a broad data acquisition program that I have.  And I want to continue to use the existing task as it contains the calibrations (via the wizard of Calibration MAX).

Here is the error that occurs when I run CJC2.vi with the active disabled code block.  (sometimes not is displayed after you press the Stop button)

Error-200072 occurred at .vi:7050002 DAQmx Create Channel (I-temperature-built-in sensor)

    Possible reasons:

Duplicate the layers in the list of physical channels are not supported by this unit.

    Channel name: _cDAQ3Mod1/_cjtemp
    Dual channel: cDAQ3Mod1/_cjtemp
    Physical channel: _cjtemp
    Feature: cDAQ3Mod1

Name of the task: task of DAQ3

    Attached files:

    CJC1.VI<-- shows="" combined="" code="" and="" it="" throws="" the="">

    CJC2.VI<-- shows="" how="" i="" acquire="" and="" display="" data="" from="" 8-channel="">

    CJC3.VI<-- shows="" how="" the="" cjc="" temperature="" works="" by="">

Now, how to combine the two?

    Thanks for the help,

    Derek

Knowledge base seems to be a little confused right now because it only shows the node property for channel playback of strength. It's the correct property to read from a channel of CYC while you use it, but we must also set the CJC channel as an active channel first. The following snippet is the right way to do this in the context of this thread.

Please note that you must use the built-in CJC source for that to be applicable.

  • G7-1329wm Pavilion: 1329wm RAM Dual Channel. Update the bios?

I bought 8 gigs of RAM laptop for my G7-1329wm Pavilion. Here it is:

    http://www.Amazon.com/GP/product/B00OUK919M?PSC=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00

It is already much faster than what I had before. My problem is that I expected to run at a speed of 2133 MHz and dual channel mode. CPU - Z does not have these results.

The two RAM slots show the same thing.

It made me start to wonder. Maybe my cell phone does not support dual channel mode or these speeds. So I was wondering if I could do a BIOS update if everything goes well accept more modern equipment and their speed. I checked in CPU - Z that my bios is old path, return from 2012. I couldn't find any support for an update through HP. Can an HP expert please let me know what I can do to get the most out of my RAM speed?

    Repair:

DDR3/1333 MHz (DDR3-1600 (1 GB / 2 GB / 4 GB / 8 GB) modules of memory supported as an alternative source for the DDR3-1333)

So max the card/motherboard/BIOS processor speed will allow the memory runs is at 1333 mhz. I'm frankly surprised the memory you have installed works at all. It's the equivalent of putting gasoline in an engine that can be only ordinary.

The problem goes well beyond BIOS. The chipset can operate at the maximum of 1600 mhz, and HP has set up to run at 1333.

    It is the specified memory:

    Memory modules (DDR3 10600 1333 MHz 2): 4 GB 621569-001

    http://www.Amazon.com/HP-621569-001-1333MHz-PC3-10600-SODIMM/DP/B005UF674S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&QID=1457907477&SR=8-1&keywords=621569-001

It may seem paradoxical, but your laptop can actually run a little faster and in double channel if you put in the slower memory. You can see there is a lot of information in gray in the CPU - Z I think because the system is not able to see all the technical features of memory, that she does not expect to be there.

  • HP-039tx: HP e039tx RAM mode dual channel

I want to activate my RAM mode dual channel... can someone tell me the process to do this? I already checked in CPU - Z it is currently in single channel mode.

    Hello

It's a laptop HP Pavilion 15 -e039tx? The following link shows its specifications:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c03802585

He now has 4 GB of RAM and seemed that a single (unique) slot is corresponding to use. If you want to run double channels (two), you must add 4 GB more to the second slot. CPU - Z already tells you the specifications of the existing RAM. Now please go buy 4 GB more with the SAME type of RAM (and better SAME brand) then information from the manual next (page #53) allows to add more RAM to your computer (to make the 8 GB total)

    Kind regards.

  • dual channel

I have a 15 1100t cto with w7 64 envy. I just replaced the 4 GB of ram with a 2 x 4 1333 10600 dual channel kit in the registers of cpu - z all specifications of properly except it shows single channel, how make this ram mode double channel take the advantage and internal locations it? proc i7.

solved by pulling the top slot (internal) then reinstalling in the battery top housing expansion slot. now duplicate channel with rate showing 1 t instead of 2 t. excellent.

  • [x 1 carbon] single channel or dual channel RAM?

I am very curious how the built-in RAM x 1 carbon is arranged? Is channel single or double channel?

    Hello feyi1986,

The carbon X 1 has built-in Dual Channel RAM.

It is suddenly a diagram I have internal carbon 1 X.

As you can see that it is Dual Channel.

The on-board memory is DDR3L and dual channel at 1333 MHZ, of course you travel to the Intel Ivy Bridge on the carbon X 1.

    Hope this helps,

    Alex

  • RAID 5 on 2 channels

    Hello

I'm about to set up a new NF500 connected to an MD1000 with SAS 15 x 300 GB disks in a single RAID 5 configuration. People would recommend only to use double channels on the PERC 6/e and operate the MD1000 in shared mode or simply use the unified on the MD1000 and 1 channel mode?

    Thank you.

  • Pavilion dv7-1285dx option upgrade RAM / dual channel question

Hello.  I had a few questions on my laptop dv7-1285dx I bought last January.  I explore the idea of upgrading the RAM, and I went on the site crucial and pulled these specs.

It says that my system has 8 GB of memory dual channel max capacity, but from what I read here on these forums double channel really only works when you have 2 identical modules in each slot, right?  Well, my system came at HP with 1 x 4 GB and 1 x 2 GB installed modules standard package.  (I'm running Vista x 64).

So, if this is the case, this does mean that I'm not running in double track right now and my computer is a drop in performance right out of the factory?

Another question I have is my stick of memory from Samsung.  Would I be hurt me if I bought just a stick of 4 GB of crucial and kept the other stick of 4 GB of Samsung and used these two together?  Or is it better to use two Samsung or two Crucial sticks identical?  The sticks have to come from the same kit for best performance?   (IE - in the case of the Samsung, I would of course order a single module if I went this route and kept the original I have now).

If I increase the RAM, is there anything else I need to do in the BIOS to enable function dual channel (if I don't have it right now) other that physically install the sticks?

    Thank you very much.

Molvitz has clarified a bit. For memory dual channel sticks must first be the same size (2 x 2 GB or 2 x 4 GB for example) and they must be the same speed and latency times. If you shuffle the cards to Flash the same size you will probably but not certainly have dual channel operation. If you put two identical poles, you are also sure that it is possible to be that they will work in dual channel mode. I have not tried to set up a laptop with 2 x 4 gig of RAM sticks and I believe that there could be problems with channel double use, as mentioned, because this product (4 gig laptop RAM sticks) is so new. I can speak from experience wide enough that what I say above applies to 2 x 1 gig and 2 x 2 GB.
