  I guess I do not understand your question... I thought
  you wanted to play the. WMV stuff on a MAC
  and in this case... the MAC will need updates.

  I guess you can try to convert the. WMV files to
  Apple's QuickTime. MOV format and perhaps the
  MAC should play without updates.

  The following freeware converter allows to convert the
  . WMV files to the. MOV format.

  Please confirm if you get the error message below

  If so, it is a special type of PDF form with Adobe LiveCycle Designer. And mobile applications of Acrobat Reader do not support these forms.

  I suggest for you please download the PDF document on your Windows or Mac desktop and open the same with the Acrobat reader DC desktop version.

  Also please let us know if this is a different issue than that.
