  Please confirm if you get the error message below

  If so, it is a special type of PDF form with Adobe LiveCycle Designer. And mobile applications of Acrobat Reader do not support these forms.

  I suggest for you please download the PDF document on your Windows or Mac desktop and open the same with the Acrobat reader DC desktop version.

  Also please let us know if this is a different issue than that.

  I have a windows 10 all in a desktop computer.  I can't open or read PDF files.  I tried to disable my firewall Norton Security and it does not solve the problem.  Is a very generic error message: error initializing the Application.  I have also tried to install it using Google Chrome, but the same error message.  Microsoft said that they cannot help me.  Adobe does not support Adobe Reader phone.  Is someone can you please tell me what I can do to get this resolved?
