  Can you please try the following?

  -First to do a fresh install of Adobe AIR. You can get the latest from https://get.adobe.com/air

  -Download the Setup file of Adobe Story directly from this url: https://story.adobe.com/AIR/AdobeStory.air

  -Double-click on the downloaded file to install it.

  I recently installed the Mavericks on my Mac laptop. This is a clean install, it should not have any left over junk from previous o/s.

  Since then, I can't access Adobe story online via Safari or Mozilla Firefox or download the installation software. My Mac is a Pro at the retina of mid-2012 (it is said the box of information system), with a 500 GB SSD. I have 16 GB of RAM and a processor clocked at 2.6 ghz quad core intel i7. Firefox is V30.00. There is no access to the Adobe Story screen and display the "pending". (attached) The same thing happens with Safari (v7.0.5).

  If you use the web application (i.e. story.adobe.com), then it is present on the destination page.

  

  If you use a desktop application, then there are these options on the upper right corner of the sign in the window.

  I solved the problem by using Google Chrome to download the file instead of Safari.

  As mentioned in the title, I can't download the application Adobe Story. By connecting to the version of the browser based, it is clearly stated in the upper left corner that I use Adobe Story Plus(not Story FREE).

  With the recent release of the creative cloud, Adobe Story branding was changed to Adobe Story more.

  You can find out if you are using a free version of the story, if there is a label 'Upgrade Now' in the upper right corner (next to the logout button)

  Although not really designed for Articles and novels, if you insist you it can work, but would not really be suitable for use. I mean you can use the search or the summary document, you create most of the documents are free form text (text editor), except for the scripts. I recommend the use of other software for his novels.

  Hello, all I want is for my application Adobe Story work, for some reason, I get this error message "the application cannot be installed because of a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the certificate of the installed application, does not support upgrades of the application or is not valid. Please contact the author of the application. "The email I used when I had the master CS5.5 collection is [email protected] and the year I got it was 2011 please help. I called Adobe custermer care, but they did not help me a bit, I hope you can help with this problem.

  This problem can be solved by removing the installed version and install the most recent.
