  Thanks for the response back.

  The command explained in article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314882 if applies also for Vista, we have been able to run the command.

  Some possible causes for failure Remote Desktop connection are:
  a. authentication level is low/disabled.
  (b) the port of remote desktop can be blocked by a firewall.
  c. remote connections might not be enabled on the remote computer.
  d. the remote computer may be asleep or hibernating.
  e. e user account doesn't have a password.
  f. the remote computer may be too busy to accept more connections.

  To resolve all of the above causes, follow the steps listed under "I can't connect to the remote computer:

  With the document open, click View > toolbar setting in the form to open the toolbar layout which would have options for text and change fonts.

  Selected text, after keyboard shortcuts should work:

  CTRL + B: Bold text

  You are probably using the Quick - switch to Expert mode at the top. All the tools are only available in Expert mode.

  So we have a list of people we share our Adobe projects with. However when we go to share a project, we see the same list and some e-mail addresses are not good or are no longer needed.

  How to remove Email ID in the pane of the shared project?

  Currently, we do not have a function to manage this list of email addresses.

  But if you accidentally shared with the wrong person, you can unshare projects (and remove the prompt sharing not accepted) with them by using the function "manage joint projects."
