  It is an AIR application that is not supported on a creative cloud to desktop. The team knows about this problem and works there. For now, just go to the history page and download the app here: https://story.adobe.com/en-us/

  For installation and billing, we have a policy 24-7, but not for creative applications. We have always been M - F 07:00 - 19:00 PST, as long as I stayed there.

  There should be an option to 'Unlock the Pages' in the final draft, probably in its menu 'Production '.

  work isn´t of unfortunately adobe story (free app). When I start it, I m supposed to update the program. But somehow he doesn´t work (it is said, it is impossible because of a bad installation program configuratetd).

  In another thread, I read that uninstalling and reinstalling the adobe story could help. So I would like to know if there is an uninstall routine or simply remove the program in the program folder?

  If you are using a PC, then normally for any program you want to uninstall you go through Control Panel to properly remove programs.

  Regardless of the browser that I'm trying to install adobe story more offline, it either doesn't load or Adobe Air goes through the installation process and then give me the same error each time. I studied this on other discussions with nothing done. Adobe Air asked me to update but then gives me a different error code.

  I actually did a complete search of my computer and there was an installation package already installed in my documents. Unlike those I got from the story of adobe on the internet page, it worked.   I logged on and several of my scripts are gone. I had saved them to my office because the program is highly wonky, gel and does not save as it should I write. But was frustrated to see that things even saved disappears. In addition, the latest version is just a pdf file that can not load in the correct format so that means either this reformatting or cut and paste into an older Adobe Story file. VERY frustrating and no helps Adobe contact available to help restore the lost files. Makes me worry about the use of all the Adobe programs online. Open to suggestions. Pay for Final Cut suddenly sounds worth hundreds of dollars. Time is money after all.

  UPDATED: 45 minutes after I wrote the comment above, DL Support of Adobe Story Rohit inquired about my complaint by e-mail. When I answered the next day, I got a quick response to say that my files have been saved to the project of the sample not all projects. I thank Rohit and asked if there was a way to move in all projects, I can easily see a way. I just sent the message and haven't gotten a response yet, but judging by the rapid attention until now, I am sure I will soon. Just wish there was an easy way to find the contact form help for these issues rather than having to comment here.   -go to https://story.adobe.com

  -Sign in with your adobe ID

  -first of all, make sure that you have flash player update. You can get the latest version of https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

  Now open a session in anticipation of history for some time see if it solves your problem or not

  -If it don't then try opening your browser's private browsing/incognito mode and try connecting to the story from there

  If you are able to connect then you should try clear the cache and cookies of your browser

• Adobe story does not lines of dialogue that are amrked with (CONT'd) in a CSV export.

  For some reason any Adobe story does not export the lines of dialogue that are marked with (CONT'd) in a csv file. The rest of the dialogue exports very well, little bits that are marked with (CONT'd) are not displayed in the dialog column!. It can be changed with some settings or is this a bug? The script was imported from a file FDX. If anyone has a solution for this, please let me know.

  It is indeed a bug.

  Just to get the correct data in csv, a workaround for this problem would be to replace the word "suite" with a door-place Word, perform an export to csv and then change it back.

  1. press Ctrl + F in the script to open find/replace

  2. replace the word "Suite" with a placeholder Word, say "TEMPCONTD".

  3. the export to csv format script

  4. now replace the word placeholder with 'Suite '.
