  To disable you normally just open one of the programs of the suite and select help-> disable.  You are allowed to have enabled facilities on two machines, so if you have only one now you can keep it as a backup if you wish.

  It is up to you! CC and CS6 are distinct and not interfering is not with others. You can safely leave
  CS6 installed on your PC.

• Hard drive failed, cannot disable precondition CS5 download and can not activate on the new computer.

  I am unable to activate my suite CS5 due to the activation of a second on a machine where the hard disk has failed.
