Download App Creative chronic [Cloud] failures

Repeated attempts to download the Creative [Cloud] app updates result in sudden stops for download and the message download failed. I'm running OS X on a Mac Pro early 2013 10.11.6. Downloads from other sources seem to agree. Screenshot below.

Thank you for your response.

I could contact my ISP that had me to change some settings. Despite the many interruptions for the download, I was able to get the full update file bridge CC (2015) downloaded and installed.

If Adobe will require us users to get updates from the creative application of cloud app, then I think that Adobe should provide adequate Server installations to download the app update files without so many problems and interruptions.

The creative cloud has been a very bad customer experience.
