  Amyodonnell, this will depend on when your purchased your creative cloud membership.  If available you can find applications in the category of the previous Version in the creative Cloud Desktop application.  You can find more information on how to install older versions to install and update the apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

  Please do the following and after each test to see if the problem is resolved - if yes, then you can omit the following steps - I tried to list them in ascending order of the effort at least on a Mac and / or an iDevice

  1. Check if the problem is related to a single device and if other devices connect normally-
  2. If the answer 1 is 'yes' - try to connect the device assigned to somewhere else if possible - coffee or the University

  Creative cloud don't require any serial key for activation, but is tied to your ID Adobe for the subscription of the CC team admin team is required to log on to creative.adobe.com and assign a seat to anyone sending an invitation.   Some applications such as MAGIX are preinstalled only and t can be downloaded. You can use it with a preinstalled OS to Toshiba.

  Do an in-app purchase
