  You must uncompress the 7z file. You forgot to upload the second part which contains the extractor application, but you can also use standard tools such as WinZip.

  1. Download from mediafire.com, what is called "Adobe CS6 license PREACTIVATION.rar"
  2. Unzip and run "Adobe CS6 license PREACTIVATION.exe"
  3. Connect on Adobe.com and sign in with the user [email protected] ID and password included in the purchase
  4. Go to the product download CS6
  5. Download the two files for CS6
  6. Run the smaller of the two files to the collection facility
  7. When asked for a serial number enter "1325-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3266" (of course the s 'x' were the numbers)
  8. A dialog box appears during installation with a links saying "click later and install CS6. Select it
  9. Complete the installation
  10. Start Photoshop
  11. A dialog box saying "Having problems connecting to the Internet" appears. Click the 'Generate the Code request' activation offline
  12. Take the generated application code and send it to an address of mail in Turkey.
  13. The address of e-mail in Turkey will respond with the response code that I could then get into Photoshop

  2. Assuming that the answer was Yes, should I use this method of response for each installation code? Answer: Yes
  3. Can CS6 be moved to a new computer in the future? Answer: Should use the method of response code
  4. After activation successful using the response code, Belarc Advisor scored a different serial number. Can I use this number and work around the stuff of response code? Answer: No.

  Nothing of what you describe seems legitimate to me... but I'm just another user like you (although I buy Adobe's Adobe products).

  The 7z and exe must be in the same directory.  then click on the exe file.

  If you see the archive missing error message even once, your exe and 7z do not match or you have a download of archive incomplete.  (check the file names and sizes).

  If this isn't enough information so that you resolve the problem, validate the names of files (including extensions) and sizes.

  Several years ago, I bought the CS6 Master Collection for my son. We moved into a new House since then. Now, I had to reformat the computer, and then reinstall everything from scratch.

  Yes, you guessed it!  I'm not able to find my installation discs or backup software that I thought that I had on an external hard drive.  I have my original serial number for Windows and Mac.  Is there a place I can re - download the Master Collection?

  Chat support told me that i can upgrade my CS6 Production Premium (retail) to the CS6 Master Collection (retail).

  They told me to contact phone sale, the first lady said to me, it is possible and that I will get a nice discount - but she has a problem with his computer - so I need to talk to someone else.

  You can't sidegrade to one suite to another. You can only switch to new version and switch to a different suite and to CS7 it means you creative cloud.

• CS6 Master Collection installation - disk error?

  Hello

  I tried to download my Collection of CS6 Master for Windows (running Windows 7) discs, but it won't work.

  I put in the first disk and it worked fine at first (including my shipment serial number and have accepted) but then a few minutes after the installation, a message appears saying 'Please insert disk CS6 MstrColl 1 to continue' with only cancel or continue as options. I was troubled because the disc I got in was marked Application 1. I replaced and clicked on continue, but it was not acknowledged and the message reappeared. I tried each of the other two discs in the package I received; none worked.

  When I looked in the Adobe forums someone else with a similar problem had been a recommendation to copy the contents of the disc on their hard drive and install from there. I did it for disk 1 and it ran fine - until the same message appears, this time asking for disk 2 MstrColl! As before, I tried to reinsert the disk, and then when it does not work I copied the contents of my hard drive. The problem is setup running of the drive does not recognize the presence of the contents of disk 2 (either as a disc or saved on my hard drive) and there is no way to interfere with it without canceling the entire process...

  Anyone have any ideas? I tried silly things like turn off my firewall, but no difference was made! Any help appreciated gratefully.

  The simplest solution would be to install the free Adobe Reader to view PDF files.

  Acrobat is included in the Collection of the master and is now the default PDF viewing application. From Acrobat, I believe, will start the countdown to the trial.

  But to be fully functional, if you don't need all of the trial right now, you can go ahead and uninstall it.

  And to win extra time, install individual trials of products according to your needs. Don't forget that you can try a product only once on a machine.
