• Download of the first Pro CS6 with creative cloud...

  I just creative cloud and I try to install the first Pro CS6.  He came with a message saying that I could not download because I have Windows 7 32 bit and not 64-bit.  Is there anyway that I can always download Premier Pro yet?  I really hope so.

• Downloaded first Pro CC (2014) and my 10.7.5 OS cannot run it. Need to update backward.

  I downloaded the last first Pro CC (2014), without knowing that my OS 10.7.5 is not able to run it. I would like to get the previous first Pro CC version, because it worked perfectly on my old OS version. I see in any way on the CC interface to "go back" and get the dos software that actually worked on my Mac. I can't upgrade my OS above on the Mac for 7 years, so I'm stuck. Does anybody know how re - load older versions of Premiere Pro?

  I can't download Adobe Premiere after the correction of a bug on my computer. Download on Adobe links are only for bug fixes and updates, and it does not all re download the program Adobe Premiere Pro CC.  Can anyone help? Thank you.

• First Pro crashes when opening

  OK, it's a strange...

  I have a user that when he opens the premier pro it instantly crashes with an error "Adobe first Pro CC 2015.0 has stopped working" message.

  Only, he came to one user and seems to be linked to his profile, he is on all the machines he tried (all windows 7) I tried his account on my PC this morning with 10 windows and it worked perfectly.

  He is the only user on a network of 800 + user with this problem and all the other Adobe programs open as it should.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstall CC, but still it crashes.

  Can anyone help

  It fixed... First Pro itself had created a folder in users of the network and the user had saved his job there, rename the former premier pro file to .old and reboot first pro work.

  If the processor is 64-bit, and if you had installed 32 bit OS, format it and install 64 bit OS.

  If the processor is 32-bit, you must get the 64-bit processor.

  I have a new computer and tried to get the first Pro CS6 installed. I have a license first Pro "Version 6"Windows - I can see in MY PRODUCTS. So downloaded installation for first Pro CS6 "old downloads" page - when I put in the serial number, it says ' serial number provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer. "there is a"select a product"drop down and the only thing on the list is Pro Prem CS5.5 - when I put in the liscence here It says invalid. Just to try, I downloaded the installation for CS5.5 and who does not accept the license at all. What can I do to get the CS6 running on my new computer?

  A bit of history which could be related, I remember that I originally bought first Pro CS5 from someone on ebay, not knowing that it was a Mac version, which would not work on my PC - so I contacted Adobe and upgraded to CS6 for Windows at a lower cost. I see in MY PRODUCTS there is a serial number for the two "Adobe Premier Pro" version 5 for MAC and Version 6 for Windows.

  Hi, I am looking to download a trial first pro and AfterEffects.  The pop for the request handler appears, but there is no option to download a program for the trial?  Can someone point me in the right direction?  Thank you

  Simple: If it does not appear, your system does not meet. Video applications require a 64-bit operating system support.

• First Pro CC Me download gives an error!

  For some reason I can't seem to download first Pro CC. I installed it two weeks ago and it stopped at 42% and gave me an error saying that another program from Adobe was open, so I had that clog. After closing that upward, it perfectly worked and installed properly. However, last week, when I tried to open the Premiere Pro, he told me to uninstall and reinstall due to a corrupt file or something. I tried to uninstall, but it didn't work, so I just deleted the files in Program Files. After that, I tried to reinstall it three times, however it stopping at 42% and gives me an error, simply stating that it has not installed properly with a (. 34) after him. I can't click on the button 'Further information', and I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop. I worked on it for a week now, and I still can't get it to work. It keeps giving me the same error message. I tried to use CC Cleaner, but it gives me an error at the end, and I can't make left or right of the journal. I tried to uninstall CC Desktop and then put it back, but it still gives me the same error. Help, please! I am running Windows 8.1 64bits. I can't make heads or tails of this problem, and I really want to reuse the Premiere Pro. Thank you!

  Well, if evben the vacuum cleaner does not work, you have a bigger problem on your system. Inadequate security to the antivirus and firewall configuration, there will be 1 million at stake. Could also be permissions / user privileges issues, but your info is incomplete and imprecise. Check the event viewer on your system for all warnings. According to your description, I tend to think that you have a problem with the cache setup Windows or in the registry that prevents the installation never properly finished.
