  I downloaded Adobe Download Assistant and the trial of 11 items first, but whenever I try to install it appears an error 1935 and it restores. I updated windows, apple QuickTime, run a disk cleanup, run a defrag and disabled my anti-virus tool, but the same thing happens still.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  When my mother bought his computer, it came with first Elements 8. Now I want that first items on my computer, so I plan on deactivate the license on his computer (with their permission of course), download first on my Mac and the use of this license.   I have a MacBook Pro laptop computer and I recently bought first elements 13 because I need for school and work however when I get to the last phase of download, my serial number is not being accepted and I tried many methods of download!   Whenever I try to download first items 11, after putting in my code and pressing the download button, I get an error of https://red.protexis.net/ saying "the URL you are looking to achieve is not a valid URL. • Someone downloaded first elements 9 MacContent1 with success?

  I downloaded the demo on my iMac, and from the beginning as a test I was offered the option to download additional content for the Mac.  I selected the 'yes' and was taken to the next page:

  In the box under MAC OS, I clicked on the download link now that is supposed to be 3.66 GB.  However, the link points to the file .dmg for 9 first and no to the 'content '.

  Anyone know the correct link for the first elements 9 Content1 file?
