Error URL downloading first elements 11?

Whenever I try to download first items 11, after putting in my code and pressing the download button, I get an error of https://red.protexis.net/ saying "the URL you are looking to achieve is not a valid URL. If you clicked on a link in an email, please check this link and try copying and pasting the full link in your browser. "Otherwise, please return to the site of sale retail and try to access again this URL." I downloaded Photoshop Elements on the same page very well, but for some reason, will work before. I tried restarting the computer and re-enter the code, but nothing seems to fix. I really need this program as soon as possible, is possible to get it to download?

Hi akarialicia,

Please try to download first 11 elements of: products download Premiere Elements | 11: 10

and check.

Kind regards

Rave
