  What system are you on? LR 5 does not work on anything other than Win 7 or 8 to win even if the beta ran on Vista and XP even. If you are not on the good OS, it would never work.

  It seems that the installation of the product is a failure, recommend:

  1. disable the firewall on your system

  2 - completely off to your security software

  3 - follow the steps listed in the following document: 49 error when downloading the applications of CC

  Now, try the download again and check, let us know if this helps.
