  This is the same download for Lightroom 6 and Lightroom CC. I can't tell you what to do that signature is concerned because I've never used Lightroom 6. I've only used Lightroom CC.   You will need to purchase a FULL version / license of Vista professional and do a clean install of it.

  I uninstalled my version 10g Express Edition and proceeded with the installation of the 11g version.  I can connect to sqlplus, but when I try to open the web application in DB (apex), I can not.
