  You can check the updates were not installed in the Windows Update history and then download the stand-alone version updates on the Windows Update Web site and install them manually.

  To check the installed updates:
  a. Click Start, click Control Panel.
  b. open Windows Update in Control Panel.
  c. click view update history.
