  I bought the Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 (détail) and have a serial number valid. I started to install and saved online, but the installation never reached the end and error messages is not flat. I have checked the forums, support of messages and helps the CD and the files installation, but to no avail.   The fact that it requires an additional DVD would seem to indicate that your installation media may be damaged.  I recommend you to download the trial of the Master Collection CS6 of http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=master_collection.  Please make sure you choose the installation for the French files if it is the language you purchased.

  Yes, your license allows you to have two facilities activated simultaneously, so if you want to you can have both machines busy and active so that there is a backup should it come in handy.  You can also contact Adobe via chat and ask them to reset your activations so that you have one (or two) released for a new installation.

In 2014, has expired the CON for our software (CS6). Is it possible to transfer licenses to CS6 master collection to Creative Enterprise Cloud? or do I have to buy Creative Cloud?

  You will need to contact Support Adobe directly for definitive information about what you can do with your licenses.  My best guess would be that you need to acquire creative cloud - CS6 software subscription may be acquired through it, but I don't know what this has wrt the CON.

  Downloaded the file CS6 Master Collection from my downloads page today and when I try to run it on my retina Pro of MacBook (El Capitan V 10.11.3), an error is displayed:

  MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg unrecognized Image

  Repeat the same download three times on the same Mac as well as on another Mac Office - all with the same error.

  Seems that there is a problem on the back-end of Adobe?

  Here is the solution to get the downloaded file. The DMG image and Setup.

  Download the Adobe disk image.

  Open disk utility and open the image disk file - open a disk Image

  Once mounted, and while still in disk utility - file - view in the Finder

  There are installers and you leave.

  No problem with El Capitan 10.11.3

  I own CS6 Master Collection and finally move to install.  I just bought an iMac 5K retina and you want to install on it.  I have an edition of Windows in a nice box of CS6 Master Collection (so I just worked on) I have has not installed on my old Windows PC and now after downloading the Mac version that the CD does not work, the series is not compatible.

  Can someone help me because I have the Windows version is about 1 year old and not installed.

  I have CS4 and I'm wanting to only use Acrobat Pro to this Suite. I have put other software up-to-date, so I did not need beyond Acrobat Pro CS4. I'm trying to install Acrobat only, it says that it install successfully, but it does not open. He says that I have to save more. I also installed InDesign in CS4, so I'm opening to start recording of the suite, but this does not work too. Is it impossible to install Acrobat Pro only, or partial installation of CS4 (even if it's an option)? Is my partial installation of CS5 (Illustrator only) or my subscription to CC for Photoshop and Lightroom a problem?

  Hey Gaijin,

  Please post on the Adobe Forums, you can try to install Acrobat with any component of the suite (e.g. Indesign) and then activate tyne Indesign first by launching it, it would be to activate Acrobat.
