Download on Flickr

Does anyone know how to download photos directly to Flickr from a webworks app? The only way I can think is to send the photo to our server, first, he signed with oauth credentials of the user using PHP and then transfer it to Flickr. But I want to find a solution that does not involve sending photos on our server.

I always did by recording the actual file on the device first, and then download it.

I struggled for a long time (about a year) with the download of files to an OAuth service and this is the solution.  Many of the services apparently accepted images encoded in base64, but I could never work as described.

I don't know if at the time, it was just my approach, or if it was another factor, but the solution was to save the file w/html5, then download the file and include my OAuth headers.

  • How can I get basic EXIF data integrated with photos that I download on Flickr using Lightroom for mobile?

When I upload pictures to Flickr using mobile LR it does not include EXIF data (i.e. ISO, shutter speed, Aperture, etc.). Is there a way to do this turn on?

You can enable this in the Mobile Lr frame-> share with metadata. Hope that answers your question. -Guido

  • LR 2015.6 Flickr publish service does not send not EXIF

I saw this problem Re: Adobe 6/CC not built-in lens in for Flickr EXIF and I saw that he was supposed to be fixed.

I just started having this problem in recent days with LR CC 2015.6 (64bt Windows 10).  The exported files seem to contain all the correct EXIF data but when the built in Flickr connector download on flickr, I get everything downloaded exif.  The jpg will post fine, but flickr doesn't seem to get much more than the camera model.

I have looked at export and publish settings for what I can see - they all say "all metadata" but delete location of person and place.  Here are the settings I've always used without any problems until a few days ago.

    Is there a bug?

This is a recent problem with Flickr itself, recognized by Flickr staff: Flickr: Forum help: [bug fixing] Exif Info disappeared. Flickr has got very little reliable in the last year or so that Yahoo (its owner) enters the death spiral.

  • Is no longer able to post the images on Flickr

Using Lr 4 and Windows 10 I started getting the following error message when you try to publish the images on my Flickr account.

"An internal error has occurred: semi colon character was expected.

I've deleted all my previous stets and re on the link with Flickr photo to nothing does not.

    Can someone help?

    Brian

The most recent questions appear focused on older versions of LR, LR 4 especially.  Given that Yahoo is now in its death spiral, it is very unlikely that Flickr or Adobe will do everything to redo LR 4 compatible with Flickr.  Two options:

-Try the free trial of LR CC 2015 / LR 6 and before making any changes to your catalog (upgrade), try to download on Flickr.  If it doesn't work for you, you can immediately restore LR 4 without losing any work.

-Try this plugin Flickr of third parties.  The Friedl author and its plugins have an excellent reputation, and it keeps better Adobe maintains the built-in plugins.

  • I would like to put a watermark on the images published on Flickr.

Publishing Services allows features similar (or the same) only one of the GET in the Panel of export regarding watermarks?  I would like to publish a series of images on Flickr and have a watermark, set them in the context of this publication.  I know that I can export the files and get a watermark and then separately download on Flickr, but I would like to ignore this extra step (and disk space) if possible.  I didn't know this feature using Adobe, but I would like to ask in case I missed it.  Thank you!

The built in Flickr Editor allows watermarks, right-click on it and select change settings.

The amount of disk space needed is the same, regardless of how you do it.

  • Flickr publish Service color space

I read a few discussions on the definition of the color space when exporting, including this thread:

    http://forums.Adobe.com/message/2942130#2942130

For many years, I used Photoshop Elements as my main editing software. The images that I edited in PSE and then transferred on Flickr using Flickr Uploadr all show sRGB color space when I look at the EXIF on Flickr.

Since I started using LR 3, I noticed that images published on Flickr of the LR Flickr publish service does not display any color space when I look at the EXIF in Flickr. I see nothing in the Flickr publish settings service that allows me to incorporate a color space.

What color space are the images published in? Am I missing a step somewhere in LR?

I was wondering the same thing - why I couldn't set the colorspace when I published on flickr.  So I posted a photo and then downloaded from flickr in photoshop who told me that it is srgb.  It makes sense because a jpg should be srgb, so I guess they wanted her to be safe for idiots.

  • I use Lightroom 4 with window woodpeckers 10. all of the 20,000. and empty folders. That's happened?

This is my 2nd. Publish! As no one answered. I was in the area where you add a folder name to upload to Flickr. The next thing I see is that all of my files and photos. disappeared. The new header when I open LR. (Photos of Africa and the date), I checked my HDD and it says (not registered). How to get back everything. I'm not grumpy at all please help.

The last event of the day before was that I tried the sev. Times and different names for download on Flickr. Every time it says unable to do as a semicolon was expected. What does that mean? No I confused the middle path?

Please show us a screenshot of the problem.

You may accidentally opened a new/different catalog file, try the file command-> open the new item and select each catalog list to see if you can find one with your photos.

Please explain this clearer and a lot more in detail:

The new header when I open LR. (Photos of Africa and the date), I checked my HDD and it says (not registered).

In particular, explain what you referred to by the word "he" when you say "he says" and please do not give the full message, just two words.

  • Problems with uploading the photos on Facebook - Photoshop elements 9

Yesterday I managed to upload photos on Facebook with no problems, but today I just keep getting a message to say that I can not download.  I get a message saying "there is a problem with your internet connection.  "Please check that the firewall does not block elements Organizer or if you have an internet connection.  The firewall is not blocking it and I have an internet connection, I can download on Flickr and I attach to the email as an attachment, but I can't upload them to Facebook.

It was fine yesterday and I can't work on why it does not work today - nothing has changed on my end - everyone knows about the same problem and nobody knows how to fix?

Please try again after updating services. Services may be updated to Edit-> preferences-> services Adobe partners.

  • Photos on my Flickr account can be downloaded and imported directly into Lightroom?

Photos on my Flickr account can be downloaded and imported directly into Lightroom?

You can download photos from Flickr on your hard disk, and then import those in LR (a two-step process).

If you want to then maintain the relationship between these photos in your catalog and photos on Flickr, you can use this third-party Flickr plugin. It is a little more complex to implement than the Flickr edition built-in service for LR, but she is more capable and more reliable.

  • Problem downloading photo on Facebook and Flickr in PSE12

    Hello

Please try to clear your data from online services.

    To do this:

Go in Edition > Preferences > Adobe Partner Services > choose clear Services data online > OK

    Now to revive organizing elements

    Please see if it works.

    Thank you

  • How to find the yahoo flickr Photo password used to download photos from the Photo app?

I have 151 000 pictures on Flickr that were loaded from Iphoto, then more recently the Apple Photo app on my imac.

I can't open a session using a browser because the browser (Chrome) has lost the password of his records.

How to find the password that the Photo is using app?

You can not extract the code to access from iPhoto or Photo. I could go to the Web of Flickr site and see what password recovery options they offer for your account.

  • Windows 7 can not download pictures in e-mail or Flickr or anywhere else

During the last weeks, I was unable to attach pictures to email, upload images to Flickr or anywhere else using Firefox.

It is extremely annoying and frustrating, especially since I'm unable to determine what may have caused the problem. Anyone know of any possible solution please?

Thanks, but I have been able to transfer the image to another PC and was able to fix and send it, so I'm going to compare the settings on the computer to solve.
