  I have problems when I download from the internet, I get an unknown Publisher saying the error message windows, my internet pages show also error on the page, a part of the page is missing or it's full of garbage.   I'll be happy to help you. This problem could be caused because you may not have selected the right path or the location of the file that you downloaded or the downloaded file may be damaged or does not work or does not exist.

  I suggest to follow the steps below and we update on the State of the question.

  I recommend you to check or find the location of the file or path where exactly you downloaded and to check whether the file is actually present in the location and also check the file is fully downloaded and work very well.
